Hi,
Talk to him, find a common interest, then see if he would like to hang out sometime. If he does like you, there will be signs of: staring/looking at you a lot, shivering hands, smiling alot, touching his face, putting his hands in his pockets, sometimes not being able to talk is a sign and him wanting to be near you (maybe he purposely sat there?). He might be a shy guy, so talk to him (say Hi) and see how you two relate <3
