I never feel pretty.. I need to loose some weight Posted Tuesday April 10 2007, 6:14 pm
Okay.. Please don't be like "HOLY COW SHES FAT" cause I know thatlol. I'm 14 years old and I weigh about 210lbs. I have a boyfriend who loves me and thinks im beautiful, and lots of friends, but im not comfortable with how I look. I really want to do this for ME. Does anyone have any good advice, diets, or good [low cal] snack foods that would help?? I'd REALLY appreicate it. I am going to try to get down to 120-130 over all [i know, alot]. But for now my goal is 160-170 by the end of July.. I'm pretty sure thats possible, but im going to need helplol. Also, its kinda hard cause I work in my school cafe and get a free lunch ever day.. Tips please?? THANKS!!

ok so yeah i have this problem....i'm not really fat or anything , but the fat that i do have is placed all wrong. my legs are really fat , around my hips i'm really skinny , but i've got fat at my stomach , and my uper arms. it's really anoying me. are there any simple exsersises i can do at home? cuz i don't have a fitnessstudio nearby , and there arent any oportunities 2 run either.
please help!!!

i heard the ddr is a fun way to burn calories and work out ..is this true? and if so, how effective is it, how long do i have to play for? and are there other ways to exercise that are fun and you don't really notice you're actually exercising, like playing ddr?

i have REALLY REALLY REALLY fat thighs, and i look HORRIBLE in jeans, and pants and anything! my thighs like touch at the top and are really fat......what are good excersizes 2 get rid of the fat on my thighs?!

im 13 and i weigh 130 pounds.
im a diabetic so i cant like not eat, i have to eat like 4 carbs at meals and 1-2 carbs for snacks which i have to have 3 of during the day.
i want to lose about 20 pounds by summer or so to look nice in a bikini.
i know people say cardio works, but like if i ran around on the trampoline, like jog on it or whatever would that work, and like running around my backyard.
also i heard jumping rope is good, but i can only do it for like 1 minute at a time.
what else can i do to lose weight on my arms and legs and stomach and but.
please helppp.

Whenever I either jog outside or on a treadmill, my bottoms of my feet hurt really bad. After about 5-10 minutes of jogging, the bottoms of my feet just ache and feel sore and I have to stop because they begin to hurt so bad. Is this something that will get better the more I exercise or is it just normal?

I would gladly go for a run on weekends or again after my sports practice but I have a medical condition (which I hate with a burning passion, it holds me back from being the athlete I wish I was) that makes it difficult for me to do so much cardio. Thalassemia, it's a type of anemia, I have the minor one, doesn't usually show symptoms, but unfortunately I do. I can usually last fro running about a mile at a jog and then I have to take a break. My doctor said it's like having a 25-30% handicap. I hate it, and a lot of why I hate it is because people don't realize the problem I have and just assume I'm not trying, but keeping up with them is so hard, so I'm trying very hard. Sorry for the rant, I know I shouldn't complain about it - it'...

healthy foods. like cookies & chips. i know fruits &
veggies, but anything in parcicular that's superr good
for me? like help burn fat? boost metabolism? & any
excercises for my thighs?

I am a 19 year old female trying to lose 20 pounds. I am pretty set on healthy eating plans, and I do 4-6 days of 40 min cardio a week (usually elliptical with a mix of bike, or running sometimes) but i want to incorporate weight training into this. I don't want to bulk up, I just want to have slight toning and less "jiggle." Would 3 days of lower body and 2 days of abs/upper body be a good plan? Suggestions are needed!

good news...I can zip my prom dress up all the way since yesterday just by walking a mile and doing crunches everyday...
I'd like to lose six more pounds....do I just continue what I'm doing or do you have any suggestions..?
Also, I'm thinking about buying Trimspa....does it really work or is it a fad?

So here's one of the most recent pictures of myself I've got.
I've just gotten to feel fat anymore. =)
I'm about 4'9' and about 110 lbs. I'd asked a question earlier, and got a few responses saying I should lose some weight, so I was wondering how people thought of this visually. I've really gained alot of weight lately, and I'd like to get back to 90 lbs, maybe even eighty?
I don't want to be super skinny, just skinnier than I am now.
The problem I've got is my stomach. I seriously look pregnant or something in all my shirts, anymore, if I'm not wearing a jacket, and it makes me feel really unconfident.
So.. help? lol.
