im 13 and i weigh 130 pounds.
im a diabetic so i cant like not eat, i have to eat like 4 carbs at meals and 1-2 carbs for snacks which i have to have 3 of during the day.
i want to lose about 20 pounds by summer or so to look nice in a bikini.
i know people say cardio works, but like if i ran around on the trampoline, like jog on it or whatever would that work, and like running around my backyard.
also i heard jumping rope is good, but i can only do it for like 1 minute at a time.
what else can i do to lose weight on my arms and legs and stomach and but.
secondly having an ass is good so i would recamend to do leg workouts that shape up both your legs and butt---such things like lunges, wall sits, buttkicks, knee-to-chest kicks all work for this goal....
vertical crunches work on the lower stomach region mostly
Hottiewithabody510 answered Monday April 9 2007, 4:10 pm: To loose weight on your arms you can do arm circles for like five minutes and to loose weight on your stomach you can do like 2 sets of 5 push ups or you could do pulls ups and that will get your stomach flat and to loose weight on your legs you could run od do leg lifts. :P [ Hottiewithabody510's advice column | Ask Hottiewithabody510 A Question ]

Get your sugars from fruits insted of things like candy and icecream because natural sugars are WAY better for you. As for excersise, try pilates. It will firm up any parts of your body that you feel are flabby and build mussle, which will make it easier for you to do things like jumprope for long periods of time. Good luck dear!!
