i am going to a school dance next week and the theme is 'something scary'.
I really want a cool costume, most of my friends ar going as dead dolls. i dont want to look like i am copying but i wanted to go as something pretty as well as scary.

Either from a comic book or a movie..

I need ideas on how to do my hair. I am 13/f if it makes any difference. My hair is dark brown and I have side bangs. Also my hair is long layered and also layered on the sides. I do have a curling iron but I stink at curling my hair or flipping it. So if you have any ideas for formal hair or just regualar days it would be awesome! Thanks! (link)

You hair is the best way to express yourself! I personally love doing different things with it each and everyday.. Here are three of my favourite basics:
LOOSE CURL BUN: This is a simple one, great if you like curly hair and suck at curling it yourself! First, you pull your hair to the top of the back of you head loosly, leacing 2 little strands out by your ears. Next, twist your hair around, sort of like a twisty ponytail and tie loosly in the middle to create a bun. Make sure to clip back any strays, or perfect your bun with bobbypins. Then, you just curl all the little pieces sticking out, and the 2 by your ears. Don't worry if it looks messy, or doesn't curl properly, thats the look we're going for!
TIGHT PONY TAIL: Stick-straight ponytails can look very sleek and sophistacated, if done properly. Tightly pull your hair back to the back of your head, after straitening it, and tie with a eleastic. Easy as that.
LOOSE BOTTOM CURLS: The best thing about this one is the fact that you dont have to be good at curling your hair! Let your hair air dry naturally, and then just curl the bottom 2-4 inches of your hair, loosly, letting it fall about your shoulders.
MORE IDEAS: Try parting your hair a different way! Side parts look great on almost everybody, especially when you have side swept bangs.
Pull you bangs back into a little pouffle bump on top of your head, secure with bobbypins.
Hair accesorys are the way to go if you want to quickly jazz up a plain hair style, thin headbands, little bows, fun bretts and over the top colours are my favourites, but mix and match to find your own style.
Lastly, hair extensions can look tacky and fake, but salon extensions [the ones you put in yourself] can look amazing, and make you look like a whole different person! If you have the money too, then maybe try some of those! ALSO, try talking to a professional hair stylist about good hair styles for you!

well I'm agnostic and I'm going to church tomorrow with my boyfriend and Its alright with me I don't mind
but when i was 9 and went to church I wore dresses
Well I'm about about 15 now and I'm not going to wear a dress especially I'm going to be hanging out with my boyfriend all day I don't want to be all dressy
So I was wondering if just jeans and a regular t shirt would be fine but I'm still not sure what should I wear?

It really depends on what type of church you go too, but jeans and a nicer t-shirt are normally fine. If you still feel you are too underdressed when you get there, bring a cute little classy acsessorie and put it on at the church to dress yourself up a bit.. good luck, hope i helped =)

im getting soooo sick of the top friends thing. people are always begging to be on my top friends, or asking to be moved higher, or whining cuz they arent high enough. its so stupid. has anyone found a solution to this? besides taking off the top friends altogether? (i'd really like to do that, but my bf is my top friend and its really important to him that i have it like that, which is silly, but i love him and want to keep him happy). is there some code that will make your top friends rotate around or something? or is there a nice way to tell people to quit bugging me about it? thanks for any ideas! =] (link)

If neither of those work, you could also try maximizing the abount of top friends your allowed to have 36, i believe.. or 48??] and have a quick little blurb in your about me section that they are listed in no particular order, except for your boyfriend. Okay so Im a female and Im also 15 and I have a girlfriend that is 15 also. Our one month is on monday. I dont know what I should get her. =/ I know she loves the color pink but she is kinda manly[butch]. If you know what they means. So any ideas on what I should get her? Im thinking about a ring or something but I dont know if she would wear it and I dont know if it would fit if I get a ring because Im not sure about what size she wears. Please help.

Well, this really depends. Have you two disussed getting gifts for each other, because she might feel awkward or upset if you get her something and she didn' get you anything. One month isn't that big of a deal, so try something small, but heartfilled. NOT expensive. If you don't know what her ring size is, then don't get her one. Try a cool mix c.d with a bunch of different bands on it. Even a small bunch ofpink flowers could be nice. Or even pack her a little picnic lunch and go somewhere to talk and have fun. The key is, keep it simple, cause it is just your one month, you'll have plenty of other anniverseries[sp].. Good luck!

Well.. it depends if you have windows live or windows messenger.. If you have windows messenger, you can't upload emotions. It wont let you. If you have window live then you go to a good msn emotions site [google "msn emotions" to find some] and then save them to your computer. When there saved, you click the smiley face [where you find all the emotions you already have] and click "more" then you click create, find it on you computer and add it on! Hope I helped!! I think its pretty much normal, but I would talk to your parents or your docter if you are feeling uncomfortable about it... It could be anything, from you preiod starting, to your hymne breaking [if your still a virgin] or it COULD be a bladder infection.. if you are worried, tell someone.. Good luck hunn!

Try a shimmery silver, it sounds like it might relle complement your skin tone and set your eyes. If your into darker make up, a nice smokey eye would be nice as well.. and for a glam night I would recommend trying either a lilac tone or an emerald green... use crisp black mascarra and a sheer gloss [or even one with a little bit of a redish-brown tint] and you should be set to go! i have this talent show coming up and im not sure what to do for my audition. we have to make it using a video, and send it to this guy.. and then i guess they just see what your gonna do, i dont know. this is my first show, since im 13 in 7th grade. (i'm a girl btw) I have no idea what song i wanna sing!!! for the audition AND the show. can you guys give me some tips and pointers on what i should wear when i make the video audition thingy and what songs i should sing that would really show off my voice? um i dont know how to describe my voice either. i guess kinda like mariah carey/beyonce but i cant get those really high notes (well i can sing Deja vu by beyonce well but idk if it really shows off my voice either.) some songs i've already thought of singing were "smile" by charlie chaplin, "deja vu" by beyonce, "downtown" by petula clark, "fly lik e a bird" by Mariah Carey (I couldnt get the really high notes in that one).. umm etc. pick a really good song.. thats just really good, lol. i dont care if its old, the oldies are goldies as they say.

Sing a song that your comfortable singing, and don't try to impress anyone, do it for you. As for clothes, do something fairly casual, but a step up from jeans and a t-shirt. Good luck with your show, i'm sure you'll do great!!

flattery is key, but don't just make things up too get in her pants. Let he know that your genuinly interested in her as a person, then move on that. Don't rush things and you'll see what happens. If she says "No" then don't just ignore her from there, she may just not be ready and it'll send a red flag out to other girls that were debating getting with you. Good luck

im 13 and i weigh 130 pounds.
im a diabetic so i cant like not eat, i have to eat like 4 carbs at meals and 1-2 carbs for snacks which i have to have 3 of during the day.
i want to lose about 20 pounds by summer or so to look nice in a bikini.
i know people say cardio works, but like if i ran around on the trampoline, like jog on it or whatever would that work, and like running around my backyard.
also i heard jumping rope is good, but i can only do it for like 1 minute at a time.
what else can i do to lose weight on my arms and legs and stomach and but.

Try staying away from fatty foods and eating foods that are good for you. Get your sugars from fruits insted of things like candy and icecream because natural sugars are WAY better for you. As for excersise, try pilates. It will firm up any parts of your body that you feel are flabby and build mussle, which will make it easier for you to do things like jumprope for long periods of time. okay so i have 2 best friends. a girl and a guy. me and my girl best friend are closer and we tell each other everything except i'm keeping a huge secret from her and i don't want to but i don't know how to tell her. the thing is that me and my guy best friend recently started a friends with benefits relationship that is moving quite quickly, we both like each other we're just not dating. and he just got dumped by his ex, who is also a good friend of the 3 of us. i haven't told my friend about my relationship because i know she'll ask when it started, and the truth is it started back when he was with his gf, and since she's a friend of ours im afraid it'll start a whole big thing. it's possible that i could just start off by telling her that i like my guy best friend and leave out the whole friends with benefits part of it but i know ill still feel guilty about not telling her because i know she tells me everything about her relationships. what should i do? this is really hard on me (link)

I'd advise telling your friend because keeping her in the dark about this could just relle hurt her. If she is as good a friend as you think she is, she might be a little mad, but she'll understand, and if you trust her she'll probally keep it quite. I'd also recommend telling the other girl too because it is unfair to her to not know. Good luck hunn!

Wait a few more minutes then go back and make sure you typed the right email..
Also, make sure that you don't have myspace emails going to your Junk Mail.. cause that usually happens.
