ok so yeah i have this problem....i'm not really fat or anything , but the fat that i do have is placed all wrong. my legs are really fat , around my hips i'm really skinny , but i've got fat at my stomach , and my uper arms. it's really anoying me. are there any simple exsersises i can do at home? cuz i don't have a fitnessstudio nearby , and there arent any oportunities 2 run either.
please help!!!
Buy an aerobics video if you can and do it at home. TRY and run a mile 3 times a week and slowly increase your speed/amount. Running will definitely help you with your leg problems.
Pull ups, flexarm hang, push ups, curl ups, squats, lunges, and all those stuff will definitely help you.
And remember--getting fit doesn't mean exercise. It means exercise and healthy diet too. So cut out junk food and stick with healthy, fresh veggies and what not. Don't skip meals.
