butt how can i loose fat on my ass and upper thys. i know you can't get ride of a direct spot but what workouts can i do to shape up my but. the rest of my body isn't big, just my butt kinda ruins everything

Doing squats is a brilliant way to loose weight.
So is the stepmaster at the gym [ at mine anyway (: ] Hill walking and cycling uphill is great too
and if you powerwalk for about half an hour in the morning, it wakes you up and is a great workout and you're getting fresh air too &&

As the previous person said, squats are great for the thigh/butt area. Also, cycling is great, especially uphill, as is walking uphill. This stretches the muscles in the back of your thighs/butt and makes them stronger/smaller. I also go to a gym where they have weight machines designed for this area of your body. ]
The best exersise to loose fat on your thighs would be doing squats. Do about 100 - 200 of them every day. Your thighs will start to hurt and you may be sore the next day but they really help. ]
