how can i loose fat on my ass and upper thys. i know you can't get ride of a direct spot but what workouts can i do to shape up my but. the rest of my body isn't big, just my butt kinda ruins everything
beckylovespurple answered Sunday April 8 2007, 1:06 pm: As the previous person said, squats are great for the thigh/butt area. Also, cycling is great, especially uphill, as is walking uphill. This stretches the muscles in the back of your thighs/butt and makes them stronger/smaller. I also go to a gym where they have weight machines designed for this area of your body.
