if i run like an hour a day, or more like jogish.
could i go from like 140 to 110 like by june.
like im gonna try to losee it over the summer too.
but im also a diabetic, so like i have to eat a certain amount, and like its hard.
but yea so if i ran could i?
or what else could i do that would work really well.

The usual weight question..I know but this is very important...
I HAVE 1 MONTH!!!!!!
...to lose weight. Im talking 20 pounds..Im very determined and will anything to get to that goal.Theres going to be a very special occasion..therefore this is important. Anyway, right now i eat healthy and not past 7:00 pm. I eat small amounts but still fill my self up. I then ran on the treadmill for 10 min everyday then do about 100 crunches. I know thats not enough but the Treadmill gets broing after a while. I heard skipping is more effective so im going to do that instead. Do you think i should stop the treadmill entirly? Im not shure how to reach my goal in that little time. Also, are there any good exerc...

Yeah this is the usal weight question.
But hear me through this
Over the summer last summer, i weighed 102 lbs and i was 12 years old.
Im 13 now and now i weigh 113.
I dont like the fact i have gained 11 lbs over a year.
What can i do to loose around 3 pounds, for summer and stuff.
Like eating whise.
I Eat alot, and im not sure how to slim it down.
pleasee give advice

today i just got birth control from my doctor called yaz and i didn't get it to prevent pregnacy i got it for irrgeluair periods.
anyways my question is before i start taking this some people have told me it will make me gain wieght is that true?
and will it make my breast bigger?

ok so my cuzin found out about this advice site and she wants to no how to get rid of stretch marks? shes only 13 and she is kinda chunky but she doesnt seem fat shes like average i guess also she has stretch marks on her boobs,thighs and waist but i dont no how she got them at such a early age...how does she get rid of them from her body n how did she get them in the first place exspecially on her boobs....i no its a dum subject but she really needs to know whats going on shes had these streches for 8 months

i really want to lose some weight in my legs,thighs and stomach.and just tone up all my body.going into the summer i really want to get back into shape.during the winter i have got flabby in my stomach and thighs which i never had.
i dont look tubby its just i feel i do need to lose weight.im tall for my age.
if you could give me exercises that i could do it would be great.

i know this is quite impossible but,
i am 13.
almost 14.
i'm around 5'4-5'5
and 185 pounds
in about 2 weeks is
my 8th grade graduation,
and we have this banquet thing then the next day the WHOLE class goes to swim and stuff.
how and what can i do to lose the most weight possible
please just don't say diet and excercise i need more specific details
like crunches

Okay so i play field hockey for myschool. im good at it and i like to play agressive...yaddyyadayada. But in Virginia right now its raining a lot so we stay inside. And when we stay inside it gets really hot like burning. so i get pretty sweaty. And im getting to the point where my armpits are soaking. i lifted up my armpits at the end of practice and everybody was like " wow are you running a lake under there" of course i laugh at that stuff but i wanna know how do you get rid of sweaty pits. thanks a lot!

like my nose has a random bump on it and i HATE it!! its hereditary in my family and like my nose it cute looking from the front and ugly from the side and idk if people notice or not...is there anything i can do??

so im trying to loose some weight in 3 weeks. i dont expect to have a perfect body or anything like that. just to feel better about myself. i mainly want to loose weight & get in shape in the hips thighs & arms area. My thighs touch, & thats one of the things im most self concious about.I will be swimming laps for an hour every mon thru friday till then. so any tips?

my calves or w/e u call them shins or sumthin are small...ALOT smaller than my thighs!!!! my thighs are SOOO BIG!!! are there any exercise/movements i can do with them to make them smaller p.s. i am in track and its not working thanx :D

I'm 5'3, 160 lbs.
I know i need to lose weight, and WANT to for that matter :) i have the diet part down, but i'm at a plateau.i can't seem to lose any more weight. i want to add outdoor activity such as jogging to my lifestyle, but i always feel l ike when i run down the street everyones watching me. i don't know how to get past this! im after to go after school when i get home because if a school bus is by me that means kids on the bus might see me! .. idk its really not a big deal, but its kinda an anxiety for me, and its what is holding me back to go jogging.. does anyone have any ideas? i would go jogging w/ my friends. but they dont live near me. and i have a brother but hes way more in shape than i am and i wouldnt be able to keep up with him.

What is the fastest way to lose weight?
I need to lose at least ten pounds by the end of May at the latest.
I've been dieting for a week (which pertains of eating all healthy foods no junk what so ever) and trying my best to jog for at least an hour w/ sit-ups (becuase a lot of my weight is in my belly).
So two questions
The best way to burn fat around you middle and tone the inside of your theighs
And the quickest way to eat and lose weight.

I have literally CONSTANT back pain. A majority of which is in my lower back, but depending on the activity, my upper back bothers me sometimes too. Don't worry, I've talked to a doctor.
Since my back pain started, about a year ago, I haven't been able to much exercise because of my back pain. I don't want to gain weight because I think that might be part of the reason my back bothers me so much. The only exercise I've been doing is on my gazelle, but I'm not seeing any results.
Does anyone know any exercises I can do for my stomach and thighs that won't hurt my back?
