xojessii answered Tuesday May 1 2007, 4:07 pm: just do 30 min to an hour of excersise 3 times a week. do something different each day. jogging, jumprope, cardio stuff to get your heart rate up.
if you run everyday for an hour you will be sooo sore. promise you that. and the days that you don't do cardio rent a pilates tape or watch it on tv.
Bucket answered Tuesday May 1 2007, 12:33 pm: You can definitely do it, as long as you keep your mind on the right track and stay positive. Running/jogging is great. That works out your entire body, not to mention it's fun. =] You could also try crunches, pushups, swimming, and generally anything that gets you active.
As far as things to stay away from, try to drink mostly water -- soda is BAD bad bad. Also, if you're going to drink juices and whatnot, try to make sure it's 100% juice, not that fake thing.
