Quick, quick weight loss. What is the fastest way to lose weight?
I need to lose at least ten pounds by the end of May at the latest.
I've been dieting for a week (which pertains of eating all healthy foods no junk what so ever) and trying my best to jog for at least an hour w/ sit-ups (becuase a lot of my weight is in my belly).
So two questions
The best way to burn fat around you middle and tone the inside of your theighs
And the quickest way to eat and lose weight.

It's possible to lose this amount of weight by your goal, but you'd need to do a lot of work for it.
Keep jogging & eating the way you are. Make sure sodas are cut out too, along with fast food.
The best way to burn fat would probably be cardio.
The quickest way to eat & lose weight would be to just cut everything fatty out. No junk food. No sweets. No sugar, no candy, no chips, none of that. No sodas either. Drink water, and milk.

hey, well i think that you shoulkd join a gym with a friend. that way youll be motivated to not quit and to do just as well as they are. also after going to the gym with her, you could hangout together. you could always join a program like weight watchers.

as for food shopping, there are great things to buy that i will list. weight watchers diet dinners are awesome. they have deserts and everything. also 100 calorie packs are great. ]
