Whats the best way to get your thighs in shape? so im trying to loose some weight in 3 weeks. i dont expect to have a perfect body or anything like that. just to feel better about myself. i mainly want to loose weight & get in shape in the hips thighs & arms area. My thighs touch, & thats one of the things im most self concious about.I will be swimming laps for an hour every mon thru friday till then. so any tips?

For your thighs, try running. Swimming helps too. If you don't wanna run, maybe walk a lot & then move up to jogging & then running.
For your arms, try to lift some weights. Nothing major. Start at 5 lbs & then work your way up. =)
As for eating, this is important as well. Start eating healthier. Cut all junk food, sweets, sugars, candies, fast foods & sodas out of your life. They no longer exist. Healthy food like vegetables, fruits, meat & grain do. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and 4 glasses of milk. Never eat or exercise before bed.
