1 week. i know this is quite impossible but,
i am 13.
almost 14.
i'm around 5'4-5'5
and 185 pounds
in about 2 weeks is
my 8th grade graduation,
and we have this banquet thing then the next day the WHOLE class goes to swim and stuff.
how and what can i do to lose the most weight possible
please just don't say diet and excercise i need more specific details
like crunches
sorry i'm so demanding, i'm just nervous.

well my advice is to run everyday
it works out your whole body.. not just
one area so you'll lose the most weight possible
if youre concerned about your stomach do crunches too
if youre concerned about your thighs too then do wall sits or something
if youre concerned about your arms then do pushups
try doing a pilates workout or getting more involved in sports with your friends or something
most importantly, drink tons of water... try to cut down on the sweets.. dont drink any pop... or eat junk food.. try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables
