so im trying to loose some weight in 3 weeks. i dont expect to have a perfect body or anything like that. just to feel better about myself. i mainly want to loose weight & get in shape in the hips & arms area. I will be swimming laps for an hour every mon thru friday till then. so any tips?

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? bitterxsweet answered Monday April 30 2007, 9:23 pm: cut out things that are high in salt, sugar, and caffeine. no coke or anything. i once heard that if you cut out all coke but change nothing else, you`ll lose 15 lbs in the first year. eat fruits, veggies, and lean meat, because they have protein thatll get rid of fat and build muscle. for your arms, do push ups, pull ups, benchpressing [you could just lay on the floor and lift 2 weights or something heavy if you dont have gym access], etc. for your hips, well your hips are bones soo theyre not getting any smaller, but if you mean around your love handles, do sit ups, side sit ups, jumping jacks, and leg lifts [lay on your side with your head propped on your hand, and lift the leg not on the ground up and as close to your head as you can and release slowly]. the most important thing, dont get discouraged! hang up a picture of someone who's body you admire, and look at it everyday to remind you of your goal. if you eat a lot of cookies or something, dont think ugh i ruined it! and just quit. just work out for 10 mins extra, and keep it up the next day. good luck! Lift weights to help your arms.
Jogging is great for everything.
Keep up with the swimming its great for you, and will help amazingly.
