my cousin and his friends are going to be down here this weekend and we will be wearing bathing suits im not fat i just need to tone up and they are all toned cause they can drive and go to the gym! i feel embarased

i was just wondering, when working out, what is the best time to do it??? like during the day... ? i want to lose weigh, so when would it be more beneficial.. and how often??

16, 5'4", 135-140 lbs (it fluctuates).
If I eat healthy (cutting out junk foods such as candy, chips, soda and all that other stuff), do cardio (walking, to slow jog, to running for a few minutes, and switching around all of those, since I can't run because I have low stamina) for atleast 30-50 minutes, 3 times a week.
How much weight could I realistically loose in 3 weeks or a month, I do lose weight relatively fast, but gain it back... because I'm lazy haha.

I'm a 19 year old female, and I'm about 5'3 and 100-105 lbs (it fluctuates). I'm not looking to lose weight, but I really want to tone up my body this summer.
I know to do crunches and stuff for my abs, but I want to work on my legs (both thighs AND calves) and my arms, too.
What are some good exercises to work out the arms and legs -- for someone who has never really exercised before? I have some hand weights (5 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs), if you were wondering.
Also, I'd like to get started running, but I don't know what kind of stretches to do, how far to run, or even really how to get started (should I jog first?) and things like that.
Any advice, links, videos, etc. would be...

i'm about 5'6" 140 pounds and my face is kinda chubby
i'm eating about 1000 calories a day (and eliminating junk food for as long as i can - it's better this way. if i start, i don't stop. trust me. i've read all about after a while you binge and etc but this is what my body needs)
so my question is when will i begin to see results? on my face specifically. and body as well. i started about a week ago. so maybe in 3 weeks? or is that too soon to expect anything?

I want to get down to a size 3 in 4 weeks. I need help on dieting and excercize. So tell me what to do. Dont tell me to skip junk food and blah blah. Tell me exactly what I need to do. I need a plan that will let me have chocolate everyday. I eat dinner with my parents so fixing my dinner isnt possible. I am also a vegetarian. My problem area is my thighs so help please

In the beginning of the year, i made a new years resolution to eat healthier. i was 168lbs then, and 5'5. I ate healthy for two months, until one night in the middle of Feb. I had KFC and I havn't been able to go back on it since :(. I weigh 146lbs now, so that obviously worked. What I'm here for is I really want to go back onto that diet. But I can't. I can for a few days, then i get scared or something and binge the next day. It sounds stupid, because I can give other people advice fine. But anyways. I need an eating plan that I can stick with. Work out plans that are easy. and Diet tips that can help me STICK WITH THE DIET.
I want to loose at least 20lbs to be healthy. so thats 126lbs? even 130lbs isn't that bad.
Please Help me. I hate feeling guilty all the time.

When a guy says a girl has a nice ass, what would this really be considered? like a big one or a small one or a toned one or not toned. please help me cause this kid keeps tell me my ass is really nice but i dont know exactly what hestalking about and hes constatnly touching it but i dont mind it. so dont say hes harrasing me cause i know that.

okay this is urgent because i am getting more and
more depressed as time goes on.
heres my problem:
it started out as me becoming obsessed with the way i look and always wanting to look in mirrors.
then i thought i was so pretty and had a nice body.
i questioned myself "is this really me?" "do i look this good?"
now its at the point where i believe i am super obesse but when i look in the mirror i see a nice body.
i think that g-d gave me a gift of having the perspective of a nice bodied girl
like feeling / experiencing what she does.
i don't know what to do.
i feel like crap.
i am too embarassed to tell anyone.
please help.
i know this is really weird.

i really want to get a smaller waiste size. Right now my measurements are 31.5 26 33.5. I want to get a corset to push in my ribs and eventually give me a tiny frame. the corsets at victorias secret are suppose to be sexy not frame building. does anyone know where i can get one?
