how do you lower your entire body's total fat percentage in order slim down your tummy?

limit your calories. (i try to stay within 1200-1500 per day and i try not to ever exceed 1800)

get 20-60 minutes of cardio per day, (or 4 times a week)

This may seem really hard at first but if you REALLY stick to it, then it becomes sosososososososo much easier after about a week (or less).

Also take a multivitamin every day so you won't be getting pms cravings... and eat right (replace unhealthy food with vegetables/fruits)



i was able to do this and i've lost 30 pounds already... i have about 19 more to go...


trust me you'll be happier with yourself once you can at least start taking care of yourself.
