corsets are really unhealthy. They push in your ribs. but they push them into your organs. then your organs move into other organs and its just a train wreck. In the end you can't walk up a flight of stairs without fainting. Honestly. Just don't do it.

To slim your waist do cross crunches or cockroaches. Or even hula hooping.

my grandma used to wear those from the time she was around 12... she has always had a big waist. they dig into your sides and hurt a lot... and they're just not healthy. you are already really thin! 26 is like perfect already but you can work out.. corsets are not the way to go.. <3

corsets are really unhealthy- that's why people stopped wearing them in the early 1900's. Do you want to faint/have breathing problems?

If you want a smaller waist (which you don't NEED one- i'd die to have a 26' waist) you can do ab exercises/decrease your amount of body fat by losing weight...

but just don't be self-conscious because you're so thin! omfg can i switch waists with you? haha
