Quick, easy, and cheap: crunches! Trust me, crunches are the best way to tone up your abs.

Every day, do the following routine (it's my routine, and it's fantastic).

1] Do 50 regular crunches, with your hands behind your head.
2] Do 50 crunches bringing your right elbow to your left knee, and 50 more bringing your left elbow to your right knee (if you alternate left-right, it makes it seem a lot faster and easier, but it's still the same workout).
3] "Bicycle" for 10 minutes (or 3 songs on the radio). Bicycling is just laying on your back and moving your legs in a motion likeyou're riding a bike.

Even if it starts to hurt, don't stop. Don't give up -- you'll start to see results in about 3 weeks. =]

well. first of all you have to remember to be patient and dont give uyp! thesres not quick fix to problems like this. anyway, try sticking to the same routine ex. try going jogging around your block once or twice for like say 5-10 mins then come back streth your whole body for a good warm up then jump on a treadmill or if you cant do that then do some MAJOR pushup and crunch acation. go back and forth for a few mins then do another lap, then come back and one more time say 15 pushups, 15 crunches, then rest a lil but STRETCH always take advatnage you should never jsut sit there and if your gonna sit then STRETCH. then do anotehr lap. try 1-2 hours of keeping your heart rate up once your done with that you can streth some more to loosen it up. sometimes getting a buddy may help you go further but you would ahev tog et someone who wants to work toward soemthing you do too, someone supportive and if that doesnt worjk out its always nice to be by yourself because no one can hold you backa if you wanna run a little faster if do one or two less curnches =]

at the same time you should try and uphold a healthy diet. you could have cereal, a bagel and lowfat cream cheese, then lucnh a turkey wrap, juice and an apple and then dinner you could have lean meat and some pasta lots of veggies and leafy ones too! you might want to cut back on those soft drinks at tehs ame time because as good as they amy seem if you want to see progress your going to ahev to be willing to sacrific some of thsoe things you :love". Think about it this way, the harder you work the further you will get but dont get siscourgaed if in a week you dont see reuslts! wait it out for 3 or 4 weeks and then chekc the sacle. you could keep track of your weekyl weight and then see your progress in time.

as you do this sally hansen has this awesome tightening lotion whci makes your stomach looks much tigether INSTANTLY, it coems in a green bottle. try looking for it in cvs or rite-aid or soemthing. and if your about to swim or you know your gonna be out crunches tighten your muscles once againINSTANTLY! and you see reuslts FASt truest me i read it in seventten and tried it too.
good luck!!!!! just focus on the goal im sure you can do it!!
