When a guy says a girl has a nice ass, what would this really be considered? like a big one or a small one or a toned one or not toned. please help me cause this kid keeps tell me my ass is really nice but i dont know exactly what hestalking about and hes constatnly touching it but i dont mind it. so dont say hes harrasing me cause i know that.

I guess "a nice ass" i would define as one with a nice shape, and of course it being at least a little toned helps!
Although a guys perspective also has a lot to do with it. It depends on what they like... =)

It means it's nice by his standards. Every guy is different. He either likes you or just really, really, likes your butt.
