morning or what? i was just wondering, when working out, what is the best time to do it??? like during the day... ? i want to lose weigh, so when would it be more beneficial.. and how often??

Morning definitely. Your body has burned off most if not all of whatever carbs you had before you went to sleep and is going to turn to fat for an energy source until you get more carbs in you. That's why it's best to work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. ]
during the afternoon or after supper is the best time to work out.
just remember to eat right, and drink enough water if you want to loose weight.
