I have this big flab of just FAT near my armpit and my boob. It's not really fat, it's just my boob but there's a line that makes it look unattached.
how do i get rid of it?

Hi. before i start I want to say thanks. :) If your a guy answering this then all I want to know is if you think I'll be too skinny so thats it unattractive after you read the info. Ok so for the summer Im trying to lose weight and get in good shape. Im normal, meaning im not skinnny and im not fat. I'm a girl, 14 and 5'7 and 138 pounds. I'm a size 7 in jeans and by the end of the summer I want to be a size 3 or 5? Which would be better considering my height? Would I be too skinny a 3? Would I be normal a 5? What is the average weight for a person 5'7 that is a size 5? I want to lose about 1.5 lbs per week. I have 10 weeks of vaca so 1.5 x 10 is 15 lbs. Whats a good plan of exercise that I could do everyday to lose 1.5 lbs in 7days ? srry for it being long. Thanks.

A long time ago, I took these diet pills. I can't remember the name of them, but, they really helped supress my appetite. Then, they took the main ingredient out of all the pills known as "hoodia." Can anyone recommend some good diet pills that makes you not hungry? Thanks.

im anorexic and have been for half a year. its a struggle everyday to come to terms, but im becoming more accepting. i only want REAL anorexics advice on how to stay strong and lose weight fastly. thanks and i can provide stats ect if you need.

my friends all tell me i eat way too little, and im too skinny, but when i went to my doctor, he said, im close to below average, but still average. this is an example of how i eat daily..
BREAKFAST:
a strawberry banna smoothie. which contains like..
-1 cup ice.
-i strawberry, IT WAS KINDA BIG.
-1 banana
-1 cup of ice creamm.
LUNCH:
-half of a cucumber.
-with probably like 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing.
DINNER:
oh i had alot for dinner.
-half of a cheese sandwich
-some cherries. like 4 tops?
so i mean, is that not enough? i mean i only eat whne my stomach is growling.

i am over- weight, nad i was wondering if i ate, apples(fruit), yogurt like yoplate or something?, and meats with nothing else, and took maybe a mile walk everyday would loose weight,and do laps in the pool, maybe ten and swim ew hours?? or would that just be silly, help with some ideas pleaseee.

People say that when you're in the water, your period stops. But then why do you need a tampon if you're going swimming? What's the point in wearing a tampon in the water, even if you're period stops?

I've been trying really hard to like focus on loosing weight. But it's actually quite difficult. I'm at like, 200 lbs and I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to lose weight for the summer? Like, what helps you stop your cravings for fatty foods? And what are good foods to eat & how to excercise.

Ok I'm 13 years old and my breast are only an 34A. But one of them is bigger than the other! i already figured out that their is no friken hope and that im going to stay this small for the rest of my friken life!!!!! WHAT DO I DO????!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!! HELP!!!!!!!! What do I do about the size and how do i get them the same size and how do i get them bigger?

I heard from a friend that a really easy way to lose some weight is to have a glass of water with a tablespoon of apply cider vinegar in it every day and you could lose 5 pounds every week if you continue this along with normal excersize. My guess is that the acidity in the vinegar would speed up yoru metabolism or something like that. Is this true?

15->16F, 5'3", 140 lbs
I really want to lose ~20 lbs by the end of summer, or atleast 10 just to be healthier... since I`m a whole lot of flab (stomach+arms) which isn`t a totally good thing. Plus, I want to feel better about myself, because it`s really discouraging when a 90 lb girl goes "Omfg, I`m so fat". I`m also doing it so that I don`t bum around for the whole summer, since there isn`t much to do.
So like, if I supposedly (not sure if I can) go to the gym, atleast 3-4 times a week for cardio and such (burning atleast 400 cals), play softball/practice atleast once a week for about an hour, cut out junk food/unhealthy foods and drink a lot of water, would I be able to reach my goal? (Even ...
