im already pretty skinny but i would like to get my abs and my legs toned. how can i specifically do this? all i have in mind is crunches... thank youuu

Leg lifts are where you lie down and lift you legs off the groundput them straight in the air and drop them til they are about gour inches off the ground. Hold them there for as long as you can and repeat this.
Do cruches and situps. The two work out a separate part of the ab.
Try running on a tred mill for your legs. It is easier to do things for your legs outside like walking your dog, running, jump ropping, and other activities where you move your legs.
Don't forget to stretch before and after you exercise!!! [ rubberduck's advice column | Ask rubberduck A Question ]

I'm not sure if you're into skateboarding, but it's a good sport that helps to get abs. There's so much bending down with the tricks & whatnot, that you end up building abs & fairly quickly.
