Well I'm into running, and it's helped my legs slim down a bit.
As for abs, crunches are good.
Leg lifts are great too.
Even push-ups help.
Also, have you tried,
step aerobics?
We ahd to do them in school and they really are a good work out.
Or Tae Bo?
I love it and it's also a good work out.

<3 Laura.

You could do leg lifts which help the thighs and lower abs. Leg lifts are where you lie down and lift you legs off the groundput them straight in the air and drop them til they are about gour inches off the ground. Hold them there for as long as you can and repeat this.
Do cruches and situps. The two work out a separate part of the ab.
Try running on a tred mill for your legs. It is easier to do things for your legs outside like walking your dog, running, jump ropping, and other activities where you move your legs.
Don't forget to stretch before and after you exercise!!!

Crunches are good. I'm not sure whether you're a guy or a girl, but my guess is that you're female.

I'm not sure if you're into skateboarding, but it's a good sport that helps to get abs. There's so much bending down with the tricks & whatnot, that you end up building abs & fairly quickly.

Other than that, do crunches & try not to eat junk food so much. Drink water/milk & maybe do some lunges.
