SOMEONE HELP

OK so i'm almost 14 i take choir at school and drinking dairy products lowers your voice like your vocal range you can go as high and i usualy drink alot of milk so i was wondering if anyone knows how i can make it so i can go higher when i sing ????

Dairy doesn't lower your voice...it creates phlegm.

Read my singing tips website on my column and just do warmups to continually raise your range.

Drink water. or ask your vocal/choir teacher what drinks are good for your voice. They would know.
