Make sure you eat healthy foods, don't stuff yourself. Eat a nice breakfast, ex. - toast, orange juice, and fruit. For lunch have a salad or something like that. For dinner eat some sort of meat, fish is always better, and with a vegtable (sp). Have two snacks, fruit or those 100 calorie snacks. When you walk, power walk, it doesn't help you if you walk slow. Swinming laps in the pool also helps. Another good thing is to cut out pops and sweets. You can eat them once in a while, maybe once a week. Hope I helped ? killerface answered Saturday June 30 2007, 5:49 pm: Definitely eat healthy. Foods with carbs give you energy, but you have to make sure they are the good kind. Eat lots of veggies- broccili, green beans. Drink lots of water and eat foods with water in them- maybe Crystal Lite on the go in water bottles and have salads with low cal dressing. Take a long walk everyday would be good, swimming in the pools good, riding on your bike's good, walking your dog's good- just be sure to not overdo yourself.
