I was fat and then I lost weight by doing simple things as limiting my calorie intake to 1000 and I go walking with my friends or jogging with them so I dont realize im exercising and its fun. Just keep your heart rate elevated : )

good luck!

this is pretty simple. limit your daily intake of calories, so im basically saying eat healthy food.

along with eating healthy, just work out, maybe 40 minutes a day, 4 days a week, or something like that.

you can jog, do push ups, sit ups, anything like that. and, if it isnt convenient to jog, you could just put on some music in your room and dance. thats what helps me.

if you have anymore questions, just ask =]
