ok lets say you way about 240 pounds how much weight do you think you could lose by the end of the summer if your working hard and eating healthy and on a diet and working out all teh times????
Weight loss is a lot faster on heavier people like you and me.
Just so you know, it doesn't take working out all the time... just stay moderately active, and eat less calories than you need. That's all I've done! [ NinjaNeer's advice column | Ask NinjaNeer A Question ]

I recently lost 23 lbs, so if you need any advice or help just send me a message.
Also, let me know how you're doing. Losing weight isn't easy and im here for you if you need it.
orphans answered Thursday June 28 2007, 11:04 pm: if you worked really hard and ate really right and worked out at all times, then you could lose 30-40 pounds
its possible to lose a pound a day, but e4xtremely hard. if you could do this you could lose about 70 pounds, but you would have to burn off more calories than you eat, which is hard [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
LM answered Thursday June 28 2007, 10:59 pm: Let's see. There's about eight weeks of summer left, right? And you lose an average of 2-3 lbs a week when dieting & exercising. Plus the first couple weeks you lose a lot more. So I'd say you could easily drop 16-26 lbs. Plus, you'd build muscle & be a lot more "toned", so you'd look even slimmer. Drink plenty of water; all that exercising could leave you dehydrated if you're not careful.
