Go to Virgin Mobile and tell them what's wrong with your phone. They should give you a new phone for free.

Your phone has a shotrage. It could have been caused by anything. It could be something that went on at the manufactures. The best thing for you to do is buy a new one.

Have you dropped your phone a lot? If so, it's probably from the damage from dropping it & it now just caught up with you.

If you haven't dropped it, it may just be old [I'm not sure how long you've had it], but that could be it. Maybe take it to the store & ask someone about it. If they don't know what's going on, you may be able to buy a new one.

Call VM and tell them that your phone is messed up or take it back to where you bought it.Either way you'll probably have to have it sent out to be fixed or replaced.
