1 Week Plan to Lose. (Guys Opinion needed also.)

Hi. before i start I want to say thanks. :) If your a guy answering this then all I want to know is if you think I'll be too skinny so thats it unattractive after you read the info. Ok so for the summer Im trying to lose weight and get in good shape. Im normal, meaning im not skinnny and im not fat. I'm a girl, 14 and 5'7 and 138 pounds. I'm a size 7 in jeans and by the end of the summer I want to be a size 3 or 5? Which would be better considering my height? Would I be too skinny a 3? Would I be normal a 5? What is the average weight for a person 5'7 that is a size 5? I want to lose about 1.5 lbs per week. I have 10 weeks of vaca so 1.5 x 10 is 15 lbs. Whats a good plan of exercise that I could do everyday to lose 1.5 lbs in 7days ? srry for it being long. Thanks.

well normal body weight for a girl 5' 7"
is about 125
but being a size 3 - 5 at your height is fine
im 5' 7" and im under that weight
and i get told i look healthy
and you can do just basic exercises like
crunches, lifting weights etc.
on top of eating a lot of fruits and veggies
and also yogurt and drinking water more than anything

ok first of all i lose a lot when i carefully watch my food and only eat when im hungry, and walking a couple of miles everyday, and as for the whole skinny thing, iam size 9, 116 lbs. and 5'4 and believe me all the guys cant get their eyes off my butt, and as for the whole skinny thing im not gay or a guy but i think skinny girls look kind of bad because the major absence of curve is most unnatractive, and thats what most of the guys want anyway
