A long time ago, I took these diet pills. I can't remember the name of them, but, they really helped supress my appetite. Then, they took the main ingredient out of all the pills known as "hoodia." Can anyone recommend some good diet pills that makes you not hungry? Thanks.
Since you took them a long time ago and probably taking some now, i think you're skinney enough.
But you could freeze some of your favourite juice in a zipper bag or something about 3/4 of the bag or half and when it's frzen get a spoon to hit it and crush the frozen thing to some chucks and suck on those. Water chips as the person below me said really works too.

I'm not sure how old you are, but I know that if you're under 21, I do NOT recommend diet pills because they're simply dangerous & aren't made for people under 21. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

I have a horrible habit of snacking when I don't have anything else to do, so I eat ice chips. No calories and it makes you feel full for a while. Also, if you start feeling a little hungry...brush your teeth. It sounds weird, I know but it does help..plus your teeth will get nice and white. =] Green tea also helps speed up your metabolism.
