What are some cardio exercises I can do at home to get a flat stomach? Thanks.

I reccomend situps and crunches. Not exactly cardio but it helps. And bringing the new up towards your stomach one leg at a time. works the bottom part of your stomach.

Do a lot of bike riding. My friend showed me this site of this really fat guy who had lots of water to drink and did 40 minutes of bike riding a day and within a month his stomach was flat, and within 6 months he had a six pack or something like that.
