okay, where to start. well i was going out with this boy named Alex. and i liked him alot and everything but he liked me like a thousand times more. well like every night this boy Lane would call me tryin to get with me, but i never thought anything of it. well about two months passed and me and Alex had already broken up. Then Lane was going out with my friend Addair who can't keep a boyfriend at all. Well she was grounded and me and Lane and all my other friends were all friends so we were goin out together and Lane started liking me that night again. me and Lane have kind of like always had a thing for eachother. well the next Addair brok up with Lane cause like i said, she doesn't like keeping a boyfriend. then Lane asked me out. so i said yes. i have never had a boyfriend like Lane before. it was so much fun with him, like we experienced so many new things together. we went out for 3 1/2 months and then at this fair thing we have in my town, his friends from his school were there [we go to different schools] and he started acting like a COMPLETE JERK. like it was so weird, he was never that bad. so then i couldnt take it and i broke up with him. then i found out he acted like that so i would break up with him. that hurt. i was sitting there crying so hard and all he could say to me was stop shaking. so then we went a caouple days without talking, and then i called him. i was like, Lane, what happened? and he basically told me he was just tired of having a girlfriend and he wanted to be single. i never wanted to break up with him. so then the first weekend after we broke up we were hanging out at the mall with all our friends and he was acting like we were like, "together" you know. and it made me so mad. but i couldnt help but like it cause i like him. then the next day me him, my best friend Taylor, and her boyfriend which is Lane's bestfriend, Kyle all went to the movies. well Lane likes kind of "simple" girls in a way. and well, i dress kind of not simple sometimes. i like acessories and style and stuff. well at the movies that night he decided that he wasnt gonna hang out with us because of what i was wearing. i mean how frickin low is that. i was so mad. cause then i was stuck with Taylor and her boyfriend and oh my gosh that was like hell. well then i had people over at my house the next monday and he was one of them. we flirted like crazy and like, i can tell there's chemistry there. but i just don't know how much. well then last night we went to the movies again, me Taylor, Kyle, and Lane. well me and Lane used to always go to the movies together when we went out, alot of stuff happened at the movies. so it was hard. cause you don't know how bad i just wanted to start making out with him. well then he started trying to kiss me and he held my hand and i resisted for a while but uhhh i just cant resist that boy. so then we were like all together and it was just so confusing and he was like i still like you and i shouldn't have ever broken up with you. my friend Taylor doesn't think i should go back out with him anytime soon. my friend Caela thinks i deff. should. my friend Addair is in the middle. so i am so completely confused. i dont know what he wants, i dont know what i want, i dont know what my friends want. so can you help, please? sorry its so long, lol.

Ok. So yes that was long lol. So I think after what you have explained about this boy "Lane" that he is a jerk. I dont think you should go out with him after seeing how he acts. And that is completely rude to say you dont want to hang out with someone because of what they are wearing. He seems kinda bipolar to me. It means like sometimes hes happy and stuff and other times he is weird and jerky. So yes, my final verdict is DONT go out with him again. Listen to your best friend Taylor. Best Friends always know best. Hope it all works out!

My friend Jess and I were really close. It's the beginning of the school year, and we've grown apart. Some days, she can be a bit cold to me. Other days, she talks like we are fine. I think that just because we're not as good of friends doesn't mean we can't still talk and laugh and have fun but sometimes she acts weird. Why does she do this? Also, our other firend Abby is in some classes with Jess, and I'm afraid that Jess is trying to get Abby to "grow apart" from me to. Even though me and Abby are fine, she's a follower so I'm worried. Should I talk to Abby, and what should I say?

Aw im sorry to hear that. But thats kind of what happens with friendships, they come and they go. If you really want to know why Jess isnt as close with you then talk to her. Hmm. Well boys are a tough subject, because you dont really know exactly what they are thinking. But what i can tell you is i have had an experience just like this. i liked a boy and i had heard from people thta he might like me too. one problem im shy as heck. so then a summer passed, i still liked him, we hung out a couple times but then school started. he totally changed. he acted like he didnt even no me. but then a little while after i moved. and my friend told me over the phone that he HAD liked me. i was angry. but my advice to you, give it a shot. like one time when you are with him alone be like hey wanna hang out sometime/ see a movie. remember that the worst he could say is no, its no big deal. hope that helped!

oh dont worry. it happens to me alllllll the time. what i basically do is check how i look right before i walk out the door and go to the bathroom on a break or during lunch to check once more. i also have a hair brush and mirror in my locker for one of those kind of emergencies. hope that helped. good luck!

Well singing is basically all about pitch and tune. I dont really know how you can tell if your tune is right, just try not to sing through your nose. (plug your nose singing once, if it sounds ok then your fine) But to see if you can hit the right notes and stay in pitch you could try one of those singing games, Kareoke Revolution. Its actually really fun, you sing a song and you get graded on how well you hit the notes and stay in pitch. Hope that helped.

Well a year or so ago my friend was put on birth control, not because of sex or anything, but because of her period. Her period would come at the right time of the month but it would last like 2 weeks and be really heavy. So she was put on it to make it regular again. You could try saying something like that. My eyelashes are extremely flat even after i use a eyelash curler. I have to use it like 6 times before i put the mascara on. And within 2 minutes they are flat again. I tried apllying mascara then curling them but then wont stay curled. Is there a certain surler or something i can use that will keep them curled longer?

Well I was in Sephora the other day and i saw this electric eyelash curler, the end of it heats up a bit so it might work a little better. You should maybe check that out but other than that im not sure theres anything. Good luck!

Ok ive never done cheering before but i did do ballet once. To make our splits better, you lay on the floor, slide your butt up to a wall so your torso is laying on the floor and your feet are against the wall then slowly let your legs split apart and let them hang as far as they can go. Do this a lot and you will be able to do a split in no time. And for backbends, start by going back and instead of touching the floor, try something higher, like a bed, table, or chair then progressively go lower. Good luck!

well i think thats the average price for vans slipons. you can get them around that price at www.journeys.com. but...they do have some..knockoffs i guess you can call them at payless.com or zappos.com, they dont come in all the styles and colors like vans but they look almost exactly like them. and i think they are only like...$15.
