I'm a black female, and my hair stops right at the back of my neck. I just started wrapping my hair before I go to sleep, my hair also really thick if that helps any, but what I want to know is, does anyones have any other suggestions as to how to make my hair grow? You shouldn't wait around expecting him to call thats just a waste of your time. Try going out with your friends instead don't let your boyfriend have all the fun without you. Wait a few days then call him and ask him why he never calls you to hangout. maybe he has something else he has to do there could be a good reason why he is ignoring you and you deserve an explanation!

Yeahhh... my boyfriend, who I like a lot, is a different race and my parents are racist. That caused some bumps in me just telling my mother that I liked him, and put drama on us already. And I don't see him much, and hes in one of my classes. He says that hae cares about me, and I believe that he does. when the time is right tell him you love him and if he says i love u to then you'll know he cares. and it will help ur relationship.tell ur parents that when you love someone it shouldn't matter what they look like or what race they are. tell them u love him for him not his looks.

my little sister has a habbit of thinking that our cousins are cute. the ones that we dont get to see that often. she likes our cousin J.R and our cousin Michael. I can't figure out how to get her to stop. I have told her that they are our cousins and its nasty. But she won't listen. She has even told me that she wants to kiss J.R. ur sister probably doesn't understand that you can't like ur cousins. if she is little like 6 or 7 then its ok she probably will learn fast and not like them anymore. if she is 9 or older then thts bad. u shouldn't worry about it that much just tell ur sister not to tell n e 1 that she likes her cousins. don't worry she'll grow out of it. hopefully. gl

I really need to find out whats wrong with me. Im almost 17 and ive never had a bf or my first kiss. Not to sound conceited, but TONS of people talk about how "gorgeous" and "nice" I am. Some people WONT even beleive me when i tell them ive never had a bf. I always see these nasty, uglier, RUDE girls get ALL these guys. But ive never even had one. I guess maybe its cuz im shy around people i dont know, but if you talk to me im NOT. Ive became more outgoing and flirted with guys.. but i cant seem to find anyone im actually interested in. It it normal to get vaginal discharge even before you have your period?
Like I'm gunna be 14 in a few months, and I've been having discharge, and I've NEVER had my period.
So my questions are, is it normal that I don't have my period?
and is it normal that I'm getting discharge?
What should I do, we don't have any pads around the house, and I'm not a fan of tampons, also I find it really akward to talk to my mom about that kind of thing, so I don't want to like go out and get pads or anything until I actually have my period

I got my period when I was 12.It is totally normal to have discharge before you get your period.When you do get ur period u will still get discharge but only when you dont hav ur period.You will probably get ur period soon because discharge is the first sign that ur getting ur period.Talking to ur mom could really help u because she has done it many ttimes b4 and she can give you tips.Its not weird for you to talk to ur mom about that because all girls get their period its NORMAL!!!!!!My friends dont care if i talk about it in front of them.You should get pads b4 u get ur period and keep them in ur locker just in case.I mean think about how embarassing it wud b if u got ur period at skool and it leaked through ur shorts!Tampons can b a little scary at first but once u hav done it a few times its really easy.Dont worry every girl has to go through the same thing and u will 2!

Ok...my friend Abby has major problems. She's always telling everyone shes fat when shes only 100 pounds!! We are 13 and also she used to cut herself. She passed herself out in the shower and she got a big bruise on her back. Her mom is always in jail for doing drugs and her mom had a mixed baby! Abby lives with her grandparents... and they dont take her seriously when she says that shes Depressed. I tell my mom everything she tells me and my mom is really trying to help her and my mom even looked up people to help her...do you think we are doing the right thing by helping her? or should we let her deal with her parents? please help my friend! i will apprecaite it soo much! i had planned on asking one of my sort of guy frineds out at our schools homecoming game , and i had told all my friends that i was asking him a while after he got there and that i was gonna ask him alone, i didnt want my friends coming in to play and pressuring him. so when he got there i got there my friend called him over by her and then she told me to come over by her like she was setting us up for me to talk to him! like "ok here now u ask him", i was so pissed so i walked away. turns out without me even telling her to she asked him out for me so she came up to me and told me how he said i dont know, for one i was mad and her and two, it was gonna be awkward the whole night now because of her, and now i dont know what to say when he gives me and answer, if he says no i dont want our friendship to be ruined, and if he says yes i'll feel wierd because i dont know why he said idk, like he didnt like me that much or something, like if he liked me why would he have to think about? help me to fix this awkward situation! Okay, so I only just turned 13, and I want to become a professional singer.
I've always wanted to be one. Now I want to be one so bad I'll do anything. After seeing JoJo become a singer and she's only 13, I think I could do it too.
What I need to know is where I can go to shove my singing career off the ground. I've had private lessons on singing, and the only problem is I have stage fright of singing infront of people.
I just need to know 2 things. Places I can take my singing career further, and how to overcome my fear.

You shouldn't do singing as your career if you have stage fright.You can overcome your fear by doing more singing like in a drama club or in the school play.You can always pretend everyone is in their underwear (i know thats old but w/e)Hope it helps GL!

Well I told my mom and she freaked. And the reaosn why, is because hes middle eastern. He's not muslim(and even if he was I'd date him), he's not a terroist, his family are not terroists..he just happens to be from Iraq. Maybe you should let your mom get to know his family and him before she judges them.She could inivte them over for dinner but if she is afraid to do that then just tell your mom how nice he is and why you like him.If she still doesnt like him then you should tell your mom you need to start making your own desisions and learn from your own mistakes.

I have a huge problem...I can't stop smoking...and I really don't mean ciggarettes....
Ever since i've been dating my boyfriend, (which is over a year now) I have been smoking pot more and more... I did before that too, but not as much and i am now.
He lives in a rual town, and no one really cares out there, where I live in the suburbs...But last weekend when i was out there, I took the biggest hit ever. Now it hurts to breathe, and I realized that its not the best thing for my body...
It just makes everything so much better. I'm not weak, or insecure, (for the most part) but I just love the feeling.
I have never done, and will never do, any hardcore drugs...
but I really need some advice. I don't want to stop, but I don't want to smoke as much. I'm always around it when I'm with it and sometimes I hate it ...what can I say to him? He understands that I don't like it, but it's his choice you know...I already told him i wouldnt break up with him for it, and I'm too close to him to do somthing like that.

You should really think about stopping smoking.Its extremley bad for you while you might think it makes you feel good its really shortening your life and killing your lungs.You cant breathe because your lungs are turning black and there shriveling up to nothing and when they do you'll DIE!Crack is a horrible drug and you can get many diseases from it like cancer and you will die by 75 if you keep this shit up.So QUIT NOW there is still a chance that you could live a long life.I dont mean to scare you but wat ur doing is SERIOUS.There is a lot of other things in life that can make you feel good without hurting u.Try replacing marajuana with another candy like skittles and eat them all the time instead of marjauna.Skittles cant kill u so be addicted to then or something else. Well, this girl at my school, she's not my friend or anything I don't know her that good, but she's pregnant. And, she's only 12. We're in 7th grade and all that, and she's expecting TWINS, she should get an abortion and all that but she wants to go through with it. At least that's what I heard, (I hear a lot of gossip. -__-;) Well, anyway, she also smokes and drinks, and she has purple hair and a ton of piercings, and I'm afraid if she goes through with it, her body won't be ready with all those drugs, and she's so young, and she might die...
She's got a pretty bad life, and nobody really likes her, but I still worry about these kind of things...and well, I'm not quite sure what to say to her to try to convince her not to do it. Can anyone give me ideas?

You need a lot of help!First thing you should do is get her to stop drinking and smoking.Do whatever you can.Then give her a book for young girls who get pregnant so she can understand it better.Talk to her parents make sure they know she is drinking and doing drugs.She should have used a condem like I do.There is no excuse for getting pregnant at that age!!!Why did she is even having sex at 12!!!!Your friend needs you right now she doesn't know whats best for her.Do whatever you can for her and support her!

You should use a border, stamps or stenciling.You could paint your bathroom your second favorite color but then get a theme.Like if you did blue your theme could be dolphins or the beach. You could get a border with dolphins on it and a shower curtain to match it!Have fun with it!

Oh my god are you serious!Don't worry its just dishcharge its normal.Its not your period its just dishcharge!You should where a thin pad everyday so it doesn't get in your underwear.You might have an infection if it smells.Ask your doctor.There is nothin wrong with you!Good Luck!
