Girly Highschool Relationship Question:

Yeahhh... my boyfriend, who I like a lot, is a different race and my parents are racist. That caused some bumps in me just telling my mother that I liked him, and put drama on us already. And I don't see him much, and hes in one of my classes. He says that hae cares about me, and I believe that he does. But how do I know how much he cares about me with out asking him annoying questions?

I know you should respect your parents and how they raise you, but if you really love him race shouldn't matter. If you can put all your trust into him you could really find if he likes you. Personally, i think any man that is willing enough to tell you he cares, then you owe him your trust. You should also talk to your parents, tell them that you don't appriciate the way they handled the problem. And if he's a nice guy, talk them into giving him a chance. Once a few ripples are cleared, see if you can invite him over to meet your parents. And pray that all hell won't break loose.

when the time is right tell him you love him and if he says i love u to then you'll know he cares. and it will help ur relationship.tell ur parents that when you love someone it shouldn't matter what they look like or what race they are. tell them u love him for him not his looks.

with that sorta thing, you just know. I mean, sometimes you have doubts, sure, everyone does, most if most of the time, you can actually feel how much he cares bout you, you'll know he actually does. And about your parents ... screw em. I really don't think your relashinship is any of their buisness. Like you you wanna like, and don't listen to their damn racist comments

well, it doens't seem that the real issue here is how much he cares about you, but rather that you're parents don't like him. if he's aware that you're parents are racist, and he's still going out with you, then i think that should be enough evidence to show you how much he cares about you, to want to stay with you eventhough your parents don't like him. if he doesn't know that about your parents, then just believe him when he says he cares about you. when you have been dating a little bit longer, you will become more open with eachother, and then maybe he can express how much he really cares about you. but it's really hard for guys to express their feelings. best of luck! let me know what happens

it is called trust. If you dont trust him then you will never know anything for sure. and you can also tell by the way he treats you and how much he actually shows that he cares about you. its not a gard thing to notice. If he treats you good when you are with him that shows he cares. atleast for that particular point in time.

super hard....see inter rwcial things..are hard..as society is still really weird about that. But..if your thing wiht your guy is meant to be.it will be able to stand that test of time. as far as your folks are..well theynwill always be reacist so you have to ignore them.
