I'm in my first serious relationship with an amazing guy. My family & friends all like him, and of course I like him very much. The problem is, since him and I have been together, I've spent less time with friends. They have been trying to hangout with me, but for some reason I have more fun with my boyfriend. In my eyes, it's not really. But talk to your friends about it. That's all I think you can really do. Talking is the best way to fix things. I play too much soccer, I never see my friends much these days.. but you have to learn if they're your real friends they'll accept you for having this amazing boy in your life. Just talk to them. If that doesn't work, i don't know what will.

Ok so heres my problem, I am really just feeling lonely right now. My friends and everyone I know basically is going out with someone and well nobody really seems to like me. I have plenty of friends male and female, I guess a pretty good personality (otherwise they wouldnt hang out with me right?)I just dont get it. I also have pretty low self esteem so right now I'm pretty much guessing I'm ugly or something because no matter what I do nobody likes me. My friends always have the girls coming after them even! And I'm always pushed aside...Sigh. Any advice, and I for one seriously don't have faith in that good personality is what they're looking for thing. Thanks

Well, I bet you you would be perfect for anyone to date. You have a good personality from what you say. You just need to relax. The right person will come along. Some people date for the heck of it, and to me I've learned it's a waste. Date people you know that will impact you to the greatest. Someone you can love. They'll come along sooner than you think. I promise. So remember you could be with someone in your eyes perfect someday soon.

acne free works well, it's cheap too. And there's always the fact that you should wash your face like 3-4 times a dayyy. You can get a medicine that you use too. Pills that is. But you gotta get it from the doctorrrr.

Many of the bands people mentioned are excellent for the most part. If you are looking for lyrics to knock you off your feet though, listen to the fray... Some of their songs are just incredible with the lyrics. And Bayside is excellent as well.
But since I don't know how much knowing band names helps.. Go to purevolume.com... you can search all the emo bands you wantt, and there's acoustic/emo/indie/alt.. all the stuff I bet you are looking for.

Hey. That sounds like depression. I think I probably still have it, but get help. It's the best thing you can do. It's too hard to fight on it's own. Not getting help will end you up in a bad spot, and things will and can be hard, but you have to realize that it'll always be okay in the end.

No, you aren't alone. Lots of people haven't done those things either. And don't get down about it. When the time comes to have your first kiss and boyfriend you will. Don't worry about sex. It's just not something to worry about. When the time comes it comes. A while back, like oldies days not everyone had those things right away. Remember that the media blows things up to a big extent. And don't listen to the media or what's in the crowd. Be you. Cause that's all you really can do.

13/f, my grandmother used to be okay, never used to get into my way, always feeding us, and helping us. I went to this award banquet, and she didn't like what I was wearing. When she described what I should wear, it was a wedding dress. I explained that for this occasion, you just wear simple things, but she didn't listen. I went the way I looked anyhow. Everyone who passed us, she would say, you see how that person has that... and other what nonsense. She said how my breasts were sticking out. Bra or no bra, of course it would show, I have breasts, wouldn't the shape and size of it show? Now for graduation, she's forcing to dress up in some wedding gown thing. My mom had to tell her no. My grandmother thinks that I'm dressing the wrong way. What's her problem? (link)

Tell your grandma things have changed in the world today. And don't really listen to her about it. Ignore it, tell her you like wearing what's in. even if she says "well if everyone jumped off a bridge you'd do it too?" Just say causual.. "I'm not everyone." and walk away.

well, first off gossip hearing is far from the truth in many ways. I'd tell her, that you've heard things, and ask if they're true. and if they are, tell her it's okay with you, don't like your opinions change from who she is. Because you can't change that, and I'm sure you've liked her from the start because of who she was.

hey. Well I wouldn't worry at all. But if you want to gain some, I'd say work out and gain much more muscle. And I'm not calling you fat, cause you aren't, but eating junk food and things to gain weight isn't healthy for your body. So I would say work out and eat right. You'll gain muscle, which you'll gain weight. And eventually, you'll be able to fit in a bigger size. Hope I helped you out kiddo. :-]

Okay I'm 13 years old and a female. Yesterday I noticed a small bump on my left breast, near the nipple. It sometimes hurts when I touch it but it also looks somewhat like a pimple. I'm really worried that this could be breast cancer. There is no history in my family of having breast cancer. Do you think it's cancer?

well do you have friends that play the guitar? if you do ask them to teach you the basics if not.. look around for a beginner cd.. cause that's how I learned most of it.. from a cd..

Well if you take lessons tell your teacher what you wanna play... cause then they know how to help you play certain songs... but if they won't teach you that they aren't a great teacher. If you self-teach... like me. Well I look up tabs all the time...and I have friends that are real good at the guitar will sit down help me tune my guitars... and they help me with songs I wanna learn and they will teach me tiny things that help. And I practice sooo much on my own... I have lots of stuff goin on in my life. It's like crazy. And it helps me get away from my crazy family and soccer cause I get so stressed out. So if you really wanna play find a reason to play... it'll help you play more. tell me how you are teached... and I can help you out soooo much from there.

well if you wanna do sprints... practice that. If you do long distance run like heck... cause long distance needs to know how to pace. Sprints need to know how to be fast for a short period of time. Next if your gonna throw something lift weights. Cause they gotta be really strong. And if your doing high jump or long jump workout your legs...

OK, recently I had this weird dream that ( i asked a question before about my BF two-timing me) my BF and I were in a blech place, like a dirty basement, except it was a set of a movie... we weren't filming we were off stage. And somehow we talked about kissing and he said, 'do it if you want,' I was smiling by now.. and so I kissed him -- LORD IT FELT SOO REAL! Well just talk to him as a friend. I liked this guy in 6th grade.. he had no chance of liking me but I wrote a few notes and then we started talking a lot. And one day he asked me out so we went out.
