A few months ago I noticed that I had gained about 10 pounds unexpectedly. I've started running three times a week, strength training, I eat healthy and I lost no weight at all (I mean inches by that, I know about muscle weight gain)

Even for a while, I didn't eat. I refused to eat for about two weeks, other then a few pretzels a day, and I still lost no weight.

Am I just like, immune to weight loss?

This actually could be a problem. You could have low thiroid, which enables you from losing weight efficiantly.
Doing excersizes such as cruches, push ups, leg lifts, etc, don't help you lose weight, they make you gain in muscle. The only way to lose weight in fat is a lot of running and cardio activity.
Don't not eat! ): That's terrible for your body. When you don't eat and then work out, you lose weight in body muscle, not fat.

If it continues, I'd see a doctor.

i discharge A LOT! is that normal?

Ohhh, yes. It is. It's very annoying. I've actually come to a point where I just ignore it when it happens during school. It helps that my mother isn't grossed out by it and understands, because then I'm not embarrassed by throwing down my laundry. See if you can find normalcy in it from your mother..But if it bothers you all that much, there's always panty liners.

Okay, is it more or whenever i shave my pubes they start appearing the next day.. is that normal? Because whenever i shave, the next day they start sticking out again, i mean, i like having it nice and smooth down there, im wondering if it is just me?

also, if i try to shave the appearing hairs away i get a terrible rash!! so i have to wait about 5 or 6 days.. or a week, to shave again, and thats really uncomfortable.

so if its not just me, whats going on? and how can i stop them from growing back so fast!

Nahh, this is completely 100% normal. (:
Shaving your pubes is tricky, a chore, and a bitch to do.
This is going to be annoying, but let it grow ALL back out full length. Once you've done that, take any pair of scissors and trim them down as short as you possibly can. Then treat yourself to a very long, hot shower. Just super clean yourself and get every part of you very very moisturized. Make sure your razor gets a lot of water, too. Once you've soaked, put shaving cream on and always ALWAYS shave UP towards you. If you shave down, it'll hurt..a lot. Shave it thoroughly and rub it after you think your done for rough spots to re-touch.
Immediately after you get out of the shower, put some sort of lotion on it. A lot of it, too.

If you want to shave the appearing hairs again, just do the same process, just with out regrowing it and trimming it.

i have recently found out that verizon has bought alltel and i want alltel so does anyone no what phones will be compatible with verizon because i want the LG scoop

The LG Dare is out right now, and it's supposedly a very nice phone that is actually a little better version than the LG Scoop.
The LG Dare is touch screen, it has a regular camera and video camera, and I believe it has GPS. It can get up to about 5 hours of talking time, 1000 contacts, and it has 148 MG of memory. Which, for a phone it's size, isn't all that bad.
It's a nice phone, the only thing I would worry about is how expensive it is...

im 14 and ive never used a tampon. i dont understand why i cant do it. since like i cant get in into my vagina. like it hurts so badly and it like doesnt fit? and i can never find it. i can always read the directions. but it still doesnt help me. ahh help =(

Wow, you must be really tight down there, eh? Anyway, I'm not a huge fan of tampons, but when I absolutely HAVE to wear them, I go with playtex sports. They're lightweight and very flexible; you can barely feel them. Get a brand of tampons that is enveloped in the little tubes of plastic with a lever to push it up. Once you have one, stick the plastic COMPLETELY into your vagina just before hitting the lever, and push the lever and pull the plastic out.
It's normal for it to hurt, some more than others, though. It's okay! If you choose to not use tampons at all, there's no shame! I'm a forever a pad lover, and have been wearing them proudly for 4 years. (:

okay well. Theres this guy. and him & I are both reallllly good friends. and we both like each other. but lately he's been acting a little bit strange. like his hearts become half hearted and hes talking to me less and less. just little itty bitty things. most of the time hes his normal self, he just slips up every once and a while. but it never used to be like this. I just really don't know what this means OR what I should do about it. help!!

Well, I think best friend relationships are the best to have.
He's probably thinking that you're either:
1. Getting too close.
2. He just liked to use you to flirt with you, and now it's getting "too serious"
3. He may have become shy.
4. He may be bored with you.

You have to keep holding strong, girl, hold his interest. You can't get by with the same old things. If you both liked each other before, why didn't y'all go out, man? You should've made your move then before this happened. Keep going strong, keep loving on him and letting him know that you care. It'll get better. Ask him to a movie, out to eat, to the park, or other cool places to talk. You just gotta keep being interesting, but don't be pushy, then you'll get annoying.
Anyway, I'm sure it's just a phase, if he's really what you described, he'll come back around the bush. I promise. :]

A LOT of people at my school talk about how they always steal from hollister & abercrombie, all the time. they say they never get caught, i really don't think that it's a good idea, but i'm just wondering what are the chances of getting caught stealing at abercrombie or hollister, if you bring the clothes into the dressing room and rip off the tags and stuff them in your purse or whatever. thank you.

well those people can go suck eggs. chances are about 30%, but still, dont be like them and steal. i know two girls that were just like them allllllll the time. stole from abercrombie and hollister and never got caught. and one day, they did. and they got in big shit and they're not allowed in the mall anymore, and they stayed in jail for a day.

14/m okay so i really like a girl at my school. We have alot of classes together and we really hit it off this year. She is pretty much the most perfect girlfriend i could ever want. She's smart, beautiful, funny, and nice! But my problem is, that I have a good friend, lets call him "Mike" who is good friends with her as well and it seems like anytime i can get to be with her, he is there. He goes over to her house alot, which sorta makes me kinda jealous. I want to ask her out but I'm not exactly sure who she likes. I'd like to wait it out to see if i can do anything to get her to like me back, but the school year ends soon. She doesn't like "Mike" as anything more than a friend but its just so frustrating that she seems to notice him more than me. Like at the end of the day she'll always give him a hug but not always give me one. Sooooo what do you think i should do?

well, hun, you gotta forget about "mike". you cant worry about competition because competition=hesitation. talk to her more, and see if she does anything this weekend. and girls like it when you ask them straight up who they like. or, at least, i do anyway. it makes them seem...almost brave, you know? as for the hug thing, to hell with "mike" go give her one yourself! dont wait for her to come give you one, especially if she doesnt give you on everyday. girls love it when guys give them hugs instead of girls giving them hugs. =]

my mom drives me absolutely insane, and when i go over to my dads house i feel so much better. it's so much more organized and clean and he doesn't yell at me and smoke and drink. i love my mom and she helps me with a lot of stuff. but for the 10% of the time my mom is drinking i can't stand it. that 10% of the time makes me want to give up. what should i do?

please dont give up. because if you give up on your mom, im pretty sure no one else is going to try either. you just gotta keep on truckin. thats the only think you can do. im sorry though =[ try spending more time with your dad, or keep a journal/diary. that always helps me. poor your feelings to your closest friend. :D

Last night I cut my self shaving by accident and there was like three cuts and they bled a lot. Like.. The blood soaked through a tissue and a bandaid and now around the cut its like purple.

What should I do ? Like why is it purple?

it may be infected.
if you poke the area around it, and it turns white, its infected.
you may need stitches. see your doctor.

Ok well if anyone has read my other question you would kno that i hav been daing someone for 3 weeks now and he wants to have sex with me. but i didnt know if he was using me or not.

Well, I am not sure if I am bisexual or not. I have thought about men sexually a lot more lately and have been for about 2 years now. However, I find myself turned off with the thought of kissing a guy, I am only attracted to the sexual aspect, and not being the one in control with a guy. Yet there is one guy about 30 mins. from my house who wants to have sex with me, and is even willing to pick me up in his car so I can give him oral, and vice versa, but him first. that happens to me a lot, sometimes i think i may be bi too. but its just like, you just notice pretty things about the same sex. it doesnt necessarily mean you're bi or gay or anything, it just interests you, or you havent had any sexual pleasure one way or another in a while.

all the normal excersizes such as crunches, sit ups, push ups, ect. are only excersizes to tone your muscles.
running, cardio and dieting are the way to actually loose weight.
cardio such as jumping jacks, running in place, spinning in circles, ect.

ok so i've had this pimple for about a week now. it's not a white head, but one of those humongo swollen ones that take over your face because its so big. after cleaning it everyday, twice to be exact, and putting medication on it, it finally started going away about a day ago. so now it's this HUGE DARK PURPLE spot thats mostly flat, but a little swollen. i've been putting neosporin (sp?) on it lately, but nothing seems to be happening, it's just getting darker. and the color is liek a purple color, not red or pink. what can i do? i've tried cover-up but it just makes the spot even darker. any home remedies out there so i can get out the purple and make it not swollen anymore?! thanks in advance :o]

see a dermintologist. its a pimple under your skin that you've over-treated and its so irritated, that it erupted under your skin. dont mess with it for a while if you cant see a dermintologist. :D good luck!
