It won't go away A few months ago I noticed that I had gained about 10 pounds unexpectedly. I've started running three times a week, strength training, I eat healthy and I lost no weight at all (I mean inches by that, I know about muscle weight gain)
Even for a while, I didn't eat. I refused to eat for about two weeks, other then a few pretzels a day, and I still lost no weight.
Am I just like, immune to weight loss?

ok so the most logical reason is that you've hit a plateau meaning you wont lose anymore weight until you change up your routine.
so do just that, i'm guessing that running built up your leg muscles but did nothing else for your body, try crunches or lunges and other exercises to see if you lose weight, and plus it will tone your body.
as for eating, having a few pretzels a day won't help for long term affects, it will only allow you to lose weight for a short period of time like a few days and then the weight will come back.
try cutting back on sugar and then once you feel there's a change or you've hit another plateau, cut back on fats and carbs instead. you have to alter your routine to see results. good luck

This actually could be a problem. You could have low thiroid, which enables you from losing weight efficiantly.
Doing excersizes such as cruches, push ups, leg lifts, etc, don't help you lose weight, they make you gain in muscle. The only way to lose weight in fat is a lot of running and cardio activity.
Don't not eat! ): That's terrible for your body. When you don't eat and then work out, you lose weight in body muscle, not fat.
If it continues, I'd see a doctor.
Good luck!
