Pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up like skipping, going on the stairmaster/crosstrainer, biking, dancing et cetera. running, cardio and dieting are the way to actually loose weight.
cardio such as jumping jacks, running in place, spinning in circles, ect.

If your not that active then you should just go jump on a trampoline if you have one or go outside and hangout or play something outside. Just cut back your eating and get more active and you will start to loose weight an if you eat alot of junk food then you need to start eating healthy too. But its not always about the excercising, just the way you eat and spend your time during the day. I hope this works cause i havent really had to loose any weight but thats true what i said.
