what are some ways to lose 10 pounds?like,what excersices to do and stuff like that,besides running.

Cardiovascular exercises

Jump roping is a good one. But you're limiting A LOT of your options if you don't want to run. Running is pretty much key to being healthy.

It'll take twice as much time and energy to lose 10 lbs through situps and crunches than through running.

Just up the cardio. Like swimming is an amazing way to lose weight.
Pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up like skipping, going on the stairmaster/crosstrainer, biking, dancing et cetera. Do anything for at least 30 minutes each day (or at least an hour every other day) and you should see results in two to three weeks.

all the normal excersizes such as crunches, sit ups, push ups, ect. are only excersizes to tone your muscles.
running, cardio and dieting are the way to actually loose weight.
cardio such as jumping jacks, running in place, spinning in circles, ect.

All i can really say is that just dont eat as much and maybe some crunches and just get more active.
If your not that active then you should just go jump on a trampoline if you have one or go outside and hangout or play something outside. Just cut back your eating and get more active and you will start to loose weight an if you eat alot of junk food then you need to start eating healthy too. But its not always about the excercising, just the way you eat and spend your time during the day. I hope this works cause i havent really had to loose any weight but thats true what i said.
