I'm Marcia. Somehow, even though I'm only 15, I've changed enough over the past year for my entire lifetime. I've been through a lot, and I've seen a lot. I've dyed my hair horrible colors, I've gained & lost best friends. I've had idiot boyfriends and amazing boyfriends. I've fallen for friends, I've had my heart broken, and I've done the stupidest things. Almost anything you can think of, I've been through it. I never seem to do the right thing on the first try myself, but I learn from that- that's probably why I'm good at giving advice. I want to be a psychitrist when I'm older, and I think this is as close as I can get for now (:

Don't do anything to 'get' him to like you. Ha, either it makes the situation worse, or even if he ends up liking you...it's for the wrong reasons. So if he really doesn't like you for you, I would just move on.

Ehh I think the only right age to have sex is the age when you find someone that you trust and really care about. And I think if you were ready, you would know it and there would be no question about it.

I know someone who is extremely overweight. Their mother has tried everything--literally, everything--to get them to lose weight, but they just won't. They binge and convince themselves it's ok. They don't see that they have a problem. What else is there to do?

Well honestly, probably they should get professional help, not help from me, but if you don't want that, you should try talking to them. Obviously what they're doing is not "ok", and you should make sure you get that through to them.

I'm joining the swim twim this November my first time. I'm really nervous! What am I getting myself into? I don't know how to use a tampon either...is that crucial?

Don't be nervous! Everyone has to start somewhere. I have been swimming for about 6 years and I know what it's like. Swimming isn't the easiest sport but it is alot of fun and hardwork! Well sometime or other you are going to have to learn how to use a tampon. Once you learn how to use them, you'll be fine. And don't be discouaraged if you can't get it in for the first couple of times. It takes practice. And if you need to, you can tell your swim coach about it too, they should understand if you are going through your period. Yes, I have told my coach before and he was a guy! But tell them when other people aren't around to hear. Have fun and good luck with swimming!

its my best guy friend. he's the most amazing guy in the world. he has the most respect for women i've ever seen in a guy his age. we're good friends and he has no idea i like him. he does these little things that make me want him even more, for example if i'm upset and about to cry about something he holds my face and presses his forehead up against mine and just tells me not to worry because he loves me. but he means it as a friend. when we're that close i've always wanted to kiss him but here's the problem. he likes one of my friends and she likes him back. he's planning on asking her out and being as sweet as he is, this is how he's going to do it. he's surprising her at work with a rose and is going to ask her out. to make my situation worse, i'm the one who told him exactly what to say and he was really appreciative about it. i was happy that i made him happy but i was sad that he was going to ask her out. they're not even going out yet and they fight everyday. i know that when they start going out and he has problems with her he's going to come back to me. so how can i show him i dont want to be his therapist anymore i want to be his girl?!!

Honestly, just tell him how you feel. It sounds like you two already have something there, and if you get it out in the open there would be more of a chance. I always end up being the go-to girl as well, and I know that it stinks. But I've found that when I take a chance and tell the guy how I feel, things change. Just give it time, and I'm sure he'll realize that what he needs has been in front of him the whole time.

uhh i think im falling for my best friend again and im scared. i dont want to like him in this way because we are such great friends and i dont want either of us to get hurt. Yikes, this is a tough situation. But I can honestly say that I have been in your shoes. If your friend flirts and stuff all the time, it's likely that nothing has changed and that's just what it is again. But I know it's so hard not to fall for someone that you care about so much, and that you know cares about you. I think that if your friendship means that much to you and you don't want to mess it up, you should stay just friends. But, sometimes you have to take risks, you know? Just tell your best friend how you feel, and I am sure that he will understand.

Ok well i have two best friends. Let's call them Anna and Austin. Well, I've liked Austin for the longest time and he likes me. Like we reeeeally like each other. The only problem is that our best friend Anna, who I've been best friends with for 10 years, likes Austin too. And me & Austin really act like we're dating. We just don't kiss in front of Anna. And she's telling us that if we want to be together, then we should because she'll get over it. But I can tell that she's lying. And I really want to go out with him and actually have the promise of a relationship, but i don't want to hurt Anna. And some of my other friends that I've talked to about this situation, keep telling us to go out for goodness sake because they've known for months that something was going to happen. And know its finally so ridiculously close, and the biggest road block is in the way. I just want to know what to do because I can't wait until Anna gets over him to go out with him, because that could take months. Help?!?!

If I were in your situation, I wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings either. I think the best thing to do would talk to Anna about it, and tell her to be absolutely and completely honest. Nothing's ever going to be figured out unless she tells you how she really feels. Maybe the best thing would be for you and Austin to actually start dating, so Anna can get over him. If Anna's giving you permission to date him, she can't really get mad. Also, I'm sure if you really don't want to date Austin because of the chance of hurting Anna, you could wait until you're sur she's over him. I'm sure if Austin really cares about you, he'll understand. Hope that helps :)

Well lately, I've kinda been feeling left out by my friends. Like I've been hanging out with them, but I keep getting the vibe that they don't want me there. Like I was talking to one of my friends on the phone this morning, & we tried calling our other friend to see what he was doing, but he didnt answer. So me & the friend i was talking to, decided to get ready & go for a walk. But then our other friend called so we 3-wayed him in. And it ended in, he went to her house & i had to stay home & wait until they called me to hang out. Well that took about 4 hours. And, like the guy friend, hasnt hugged me goodbye in over a week. But he'll hug my other friend. And please don't say that they like each other because i already know exaclty whats goin on in that situation, and they dont like each other. So any ideas to whats going on??

Honestly, the best thing to do would be just to talk to your friends about it. Because you'll never know how they feel until you ask, and nothing can ever be fixed unless it's out in the open.

Last night, my boyfriend and I went to his cousin's house. His cousin was there with this girl [she was wearing a skirt]. My boyfriend & I were sitting on a different couch than his cousin & the girl. Well from where we were sitting you could basically see up her skirt if you looked real hard. I look over at my boyfriend and he's like staring right up her skirt. It really pissed me off what do you think the proper way is to deal with this? Of course he denies it but I know he was.

I don't think it's really a big deal. Guys do stuff like that all the time, but it's not like it means anything. But if it's really bothering you, just tell him it made you uncomfortable, and you'd appreciate if he wouldn't look at other girls.

why was the simple life canceled? and why didnt they finish the season first?



I've read a few articles online, and they said the show was canceled simply because not many people watched it this year, and Paris and Nicole's lives were too hectic for them to be filming the show. But I'm pretty sure they finished the season. At least none of the artciles said they didn't.
