Being Shy is a problem. A BIG problem to me atleast. I havent always been like this. I used to be in the "popular" croud and do everything they would. When highschool hit i am no longer friends with any of them. I can't even go up to any of them and say a word. Its killing me. Its making me lack in friends and i miss all of them.

Help me please! What can i do to be back with them?
What can i do to just talk to anyone!

When Im with my boyfriend, Im all open with him till im around his friends. Then I just sit there. They think i dont like them and thats not it. Im just WAYY TOO SHYY!

what you need to do is just talk!talk to strangers!like if you see a girl with a cute top tell her that her top is cute.then you could get use to not being shy.are you could practice speaking.all you need to do is be your self.tell hilarious jokes to everybody.all you need to do is dont think about being shy.go hang out with your old friends!tell them do you want to go to the mall sometime are hang out?

I have a friend that lives in my appartment complex. She's always phoning me and asks if she can borrow one of my DVD's. I always say yes because I own lots and she's pretty good about returning.
Well I just got two movies from my dad, Willy Wonka and The Fog. She asked me already if she could borrow them and I told as soon as I finished watching them.
She just phoned me about a half hour ago and asked if she could borrow one of my movies. I told her sure. When she came over I told her she could watch anything except for those two movies that I hadnt watched yet. Then she got mad and said" well then I guess I won't be borrowing anything because those are the ones I wanted to watch". Then she left!!
I felt angry, like she's just using me to watch my movies. If she was a true friend wouldnt she have at least stayed for a visit to chat?
Am I overreacting or was that down right rude?

you were not overreacting are rude.she is the one who is just being a bitch....lol.srry.i really think you should NOT be her friend if shes going to use you for all kinds of things!
your always going to have fake friends in life,but it is very rare to find that one great true friend:)my advie to you is stay away from her and just ignore her.

Me and my bro are starting a skate squad and we desperatly need a name for it. I thought about the initials of each member but it dosnt spell anything. so we need a name that isnt corny, stupid, geeky, childish ect. i also need an individual name for myself, i want something that says girly, boyish, skater, anxe. But i cant tink of sumthin that fits that descirption.
so if you have ideas for the squad name or my individual name it would be great. i need advice.

I'm always jealous of other girls because I I know that their so much prettier than me. I'm even jealous of my friends. One of my friends is like so perfect: shes pretty, all the boys are like in love with her.. her life is just perfect all together. and i am SOO jealous! I reallly want to get over it but i dont know how. I'm constantly comparing myself to other people .. and i think that brings down my self-esteem.
i just want to stop being jealous because it just makes me feel worse about myself..

how do i stop being jealous? and is there anyone else out there who feels the same way ?

what you need to do is be confident and dont worry about looks.thats the most biggest issue about young girls in america.tons of people in america feel the same way you do,weather there to fat are to skinny are their nose is to big.anyways looks are not important.so just dont think about whats on the outside.
