Hi, I'm going to a carnival dance and I'm not sure on what to wear. The weather is in the high forties to low fifties, but the place of the dance is EXTREMELY HOT.
Is this a good outfit:

Scrunch your hair and leave it down or put it up in a ponytail and scrunch it. If you put your hair up maybe put a pink ribbon in it to go with your shoes.

I want to make my hair look sort of touseled, sexy, curly. People tell me to use gel to scrunch it but it just makes it look chunky and wet...anything else I can do to make it look dry yet touseled? (link)

To scrunch I usually do it when my hairs wet and I take gel, mousse, and/or hairspray and curl it with my hands if that doesn't work get curlers.

i like to wear my hair up in a bun or pony tail but my mom is soooo annoying about it. she says that i hav beautiful hair and i should wear it down. i keep telling her wen i wear my hair down i get really hot (like today i got out of the shower and i felt sick i was so hot). any suggetions?

Tell her it's your hair and it is too hot to keep it down but sometimes when you go out with you mom wear it down or like if you go to a fancy dinner or something. Also you could wear your hair half up and half down so you both have your way.

Is it possible to find a tanning bed at a yard/garage sale, or would it be stupid for someone to sell one? I'm just wondering if I should be on the look out for one...but would someone sell a tanning bed? I'm just trying to see what are some other ways for getting one besides ordering one full price. I was wondering how to get summer-ready when you know that you'll be around guys! I mean everything from the perfect bikini that's sexy but not slutty, the perfect exercises to make me tight and toned, and how to get invited to the best parties...most of my friends are having beach/pool/waterpark parties and I often see *really* hot friends fro school at the local pool, and I want summer love (lack thereof) or a fling or something that can boost my reputation and gain me some friends...aka get me into the popular circle...since I'm friends with like half of the popular people! Anyway, also, if it helps, I'm just under 5 feet am 13 and have an 'A' cup...and I'm thin except for my inner thighs and my abs...I'll rate high...

Okay here is the problem my friend just turned 12 last week but her room looks a little kiddish with like pink wallpaper,horse models and so on but she wants her room to look like a 12 year old kid's room but her mom will not let her get new furniture or paint her walls.So does anyone have any ideas on how she could make her room look good without getting new furniture and stuff?I will rate fives to anyone who helps with this room emergency no matter if your advice is not very good!!! Buy magazines and put posters up. Take down anything that is kiddish and only display stuff she wants out. Also rearrange the furniture to make it look better.

OK. I'm allergic to fake earings and it really sucks. I can't get those earings with fake silver that only cost a dollar anymore. Is there any way I can were fake earrings(not clip-ons) with getting a rash on my ear?

I like 'vintage' and ethnic-y (peasant, gypsy) clothes and I love having unique stuff...but I'm not sure exactly what to wear. my hair is curly and i am so tired of having to deal with it.. i striaghten it and i am worried if i keep straightening it i will fry it .. i am wondering if any one has gotten a straight perm .. if you have,.. does it fry your hair? is it ok to get one if you have highlights? will is make your hair un-healthy... or softer? pleassee help!!

I did but my hairs only 11 inches long. It doesn't fry your hair. It's fine to get with highlights. It made my hair a little softer but I have really stiff hair. I'm not really sure how much it costs my mom paid for it.

i have swimming every-other day first hour at my school. basically, we have to swim for 50 minutes, and then we get 10 minutes to shower - change- and get ready, and then itsoff to our next class. i`m very much a girly-girl, hardly ever seen without my makeup on and spend over an hour getting ready for things. I NEED HELP how am i suposed to get ready in 10 minutes?! and how can i do my hair really cute when it`s wet?? i don`t really care about not having time to put on my make up, because i don't really want to be known as the barbie. It costs $9 dollars (or so) but it works great, Victorias Secret Eye Make-up remover. It's quite a splurge but it works like a charm. :)

Cut it like 5 inches below your sholder, Then use a messy bun, (maybe layer it) ponytail, or a half ponytail. But there is not alot of things you can do with it when its that long.

When you put on eyeliner on your bottom eyelid,do you put it above or below your eyelashes? Also, what kind of eyeliner should i use? liquid or pencil? what brand?

Jordana( eyeliner works best the pencil kind. The best thing about Jordana, it's only a dollar!
I hold my eye open and put it above my eyelashes.

Hi.
If I don't wash my hair every night then my hair gets and looks so oily.I usually do wash my hair everynight but every once in a while i don't have time. Does anyone know any products that i could use to make my hair less oily or anything i can use so it doesnt look oily....please.

There is this spray in shampoo called Pssst!!! at drugstores it works really good and its price is cheap it makes hair less oily.
