Alright, so school pictures are coming up this Friday and I was thinking about getting hair extentions. Please, only answer this if you've had extentions before, or if your a hairdresser or something and know what you're talking about. Anyway, about how much does it cost?, About how long does it take?, Is it bad for your hair?, How long do they usually stay in?, Can I straighten my hair?, Will they change the texture/poofiness/wavyness of my hair? And just tell me anything else you think I'll need to know.
It if helps, my hair is about 2 inches past my shoulder, I straighten it just about everyday, scrunch it occasionally, its kinda poofy and wavy, and I have layers but they're kinda long layers.

Hey! I have actually had hair extensions on and off for about 2 years! But anyways.. as for cost... it totally depends on the place! I have got mine for as cheap as $100.. but they can cost up to $1,000! your best bet.. look online for local salons that offer extensions and see! also... ask around.. maybe someone you know knows how to do them! (the braided kind!) extensions are becoming more and more popular... so more people are learning how to do them! i acutally have a friend who does mine now! it takes a long time! but depending on how thick and how long you want it! anywhere from 2-4 hours! it sucks.. and it hurts a little bit... but are ever so worth it! :) you can style, straighten, curl or do whatever you want to your hair.. as long as you buy the human hair ones... the synthetic ones look ratty anyways. the human hair ones are a little more spendy.. but look 100% authentic! as for staying in... again.. it depends on the kind you get... if you get them bonded ones (which are around 600) you can keep getting them tightned.. and they can last for months... but i usually change my extensions every 1.5/2 months... by that point.. they kinda start looking matted.. and look just gross! :p so yeah... hope i helped... let me know if you have any more questions hun! good luck!

Everyone says American Eagle is the best store, but personally I hate it. All of their t-shirts are basically the same things with different words and colors. A lot of their clothes are really bad quality. I bought a cami from there once and I only wore it once and a HUGE hole ripped and I wasn't even running around or anything. It may be a little cheaper then Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister, but atleast if you buy something from A&F or Hollister, you know the clothes are going to last. American Eagle's clothes arn't the most attractive things, and they look cheap. What do you think about AE?

well i think they are all real since they are pretty cheap anyways! usually an XO purse ranges from $30-$50 so why would they need to be fake?! they are suuper cheap anyways!

k for halloween i'm being a cowgirl. i have a cowboy hat and stuff but i'm just not sure how i should wear my hair. it's not very long.. it just touches the top of my shoulders when it's straight. i was wondering if i should put it in pigtails or if i should just leave it down? what would go with the 'cowgirl' theme more? thanks

yEAh! pIgtails will look more cowgirlish! even if you wear 2 braids thats cowgirly! haha! whatever looks cuter... but if your trying 2 be more like a cowgirl... then i say pigtails/braids!

My mom makes me wear the dumbest clothes! It's so annoying. She's Chinese, and she grew up in a society you get one pair of pants a year. I'm 13, but the kind of clothes I have to wear are like for a ten-year-old! I hate it! Stuff like pink and white striped T shirts and rose-printed shorts and stuff she thinks that are "cute" and "what kids should wear." I H-A-T-E pastels!

Ive tried talking to her, but she never changes her mind. When I show her my kind of stuff, she wrinkles her nose.

HaHa! those are cute! but definately not for a 13 year old girl! your old enough now, where you should be picking out your own clothes! you say you've tried talking to her before, but was it maturley talking?! sometimes when i get pissed at my parents... all i do is scream and that makes me never get my way! make sure she undestands that your not a little baby anYmore! as much as she thinks you still are! talk to her from adult~adult. tell her that your old enough to wear what you want, and obviously you guys dont have the same tastes. or find something you both agree on... as hard as you think that seems, i'm sure she'd like something! or earn $ and buy your own stuff! babysit! but i would suggest calmly talking to her! some places for good jeans since you like destroyed denim... hollister, abercrombie, ae! anywhere! good luck huN!

hEY! i usEd 2 hAVe a starighner from taRget... and it was revlon vidal sassoon... ceramic.. it heats up quickly and gets my hair super stick stright! even though its naturally wAvY! it was $30 i think... totally worth it cause i used it like everyday! my new starightner is from trade secret and kinda more expensive! but if your price range is $35... go with the Target 1... it changed my life and works wonders! hahah

I found a collumn dealing mostly with Hollister's shirt sizes. What about jeans? I might buy a pair online and I need to know if they run small or big. The pair I am looking at is the Baja Superflare (w/stretch) I know they are affiliated with Abercrombie, and in my experience I have worn a MUCH smaller jean at Abercrombie that at almost any other store. I can sometimes be up to a 7, but I own a pair of 2L Abercrombie jeans that fit comfortably.
Any insight?

hollisters jeans are big... try getting a size or 2 smaller... so they can fit you better... i have those same jeans and they fit me awkward... they are really long, perfect in the waist but baggy underneath my bUtt... if your a size 5... try a 3! also... abercrombie and hollister are owned by the same company (alot of their clothes are identical) so its about the same as a&f! gOOd LuCk!

Depends on the material... but when i want to shrink a shirt... i just wash it and then put it in the dryer! and when i get it out...its usually always sMaLLeR! (cotton i'm talking about)

I use skinlights.... its a revlon brand so you can buy it at target, walmart walgreens eTc... i use the powder in bronze color (iTs more shimmery) which i don't remember exactly what its called.... or the skin lights instant skin brighther in light pink. (its more glowey) my friends always tell me that i have such healthy looking glowing skin... its totally sexy... and makes you look glowey.... its about $10...but totally aWesome!

I asked my mom if I could get my belly button pierced and she said yes, but when we were trying to figure out where to go one of her friends said that you can get herpes from it and all this stuff like that and getting infected. So now my mom doesn't want me to anymore cause she doesn't want to be responsible for me getting some really bad infection or something like herpes. what can i do?

Herpes? HaHa nope! You can't get herpes from getting your belly button pierced... but you could get aids.... from needles... which i've never heard of happening before... just make sure you go to a clean place and ask if the needle is sterelized! you can also get an infection... but thats if you don't take proper care of it! the piercing person will give you more details! good luck! hope it works out! :)
