im asking this question for my friend...
one year ago, when my friend and her family were away, some little girl was walking through the alleyway. my friend's neighbor's dog is really big and scary, so the little girl ran, and jumped my friend's fence to hide from the dog, and as a result, broke her arm and needed surgery.
one year later, my friend's parents get a letter in the mail saying that they will be getting sued because it happened on their property. IT'S NOT EVEN THEIR FAULT. can they fight against this?
the little girl thourght the dog was scarry. you cant controlwhat anyone else thinks, thats imposible-and everyone who isnt living under a rock, knows that. also, if the dog was on a leash, then you are fine. its the girls fault really, because she got scared, of an inniocent dog, and ran over a fence, and broke her arm. and maybe she should have been drinking more milk because maybe thats why her arm broke (but that isnt a great point,its sounds sarcastic,but i am sarcastic lots) anyways, the dog didnt do anything, so they didnt do anything wrong. and thats just stupid. it isnt even worth the $ of getting sued, the parents of the little girl are just stupid I guess.
but i agree that it isnt their fault. if you need anything else, please leave one in my inbox, because i am sure that was sort of confusing!
also, it was the girls fault for being on their property, dur!!! so, its the girls fault, she shouldnt have been there in the first place.
and she should have known that climbing over the fence was a bad idea in the first place!!

I really want to become and actor...but I haven't seen any agents or anything...I might want to do The Starlet or something or hopefully, someone will discover me because I really want this...does anyone know what you have to do to be an actress...besides memorize lines? Also, I need to know how to cry on cue..I rate..
try getting involved in plays and theater at school, and ask the drama teacher there for help, if you are no longer in school look in your local news paper, or check online for a drama center localy by you! also, try taking a creative arts class, with dancing and singing ect. that should help!

I want to get really really tan.. preferably by tomorrow but I doubt that's going to happen (although I am already a little tan).. so I lay outside on my back porch and tan, but it gets soooo hot out there, and I can only stand it for like 10 minutes, and then I have to come inside. So basically, Im not getting very tan that way. What are some ways to tan FAST, like does olive oil really work?? And no, Im not going to go to a tanning bed. And no spray on tans either. Thanks!

Okay does any one know how to get stains out of a white purse! I already tried soap and water and it does get some out but not all of them. The stains are like pencil/pen/dirt on the bottom from the ground and stuff! My purse is a white corderroy! Please help me Ill give 5's :o)

I'm putting together a scrap book kind of a thing to give to my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary (it's coming up in May). What I did was I put together a few pictures of us to sort of tell a story about us but all of the pictures are saved on my computer and when I go to print things, it takes up SO much ink. My printers ink cartridges cost 30 dollars. I want to have these pictures be a very good quality but I need them printed out! Is there anywhere I could take them so they could print them out for me?

i am a 6 ft 15 yr old female and i was just wondering, is being tall a turn off? i have a thin frame and get called 'hot' sometimes, so excluding looks is being tall a bad thing? through a mutual friend i have with my brother i found out what my brothers mates were saying about me 'imagine having sex with bozzas sister what a tall freak forget that I'd rather have sex with bozza' (LOL, note: that was the cleaned up version)

Hey, my family might move from here in Wisconsin to Florida. I want to sooo bad for the weather. But I just can't leave all my friends here. i love em all to death. And my best friend and I are really close and it will be so hard for me to leave her, and everyone else. How can I not miss her so much??
well- this is a horrible thing-
but i know, from this site it has happened to other people, and my best friend did it to me too!
my best friend got in a huge fight with me before she moved- and i thought i was going to miss her like crazy! but i dont miss her at all, i actually am realizing, how much better off i am with out her, and how bad she made me, but i know this may not be the same in your case.

Write to her every day!! and mail her letters, and pictures ect, and e-mail her, and i/m. visit her! have her come stay with you!! and vice versa!!
write her notes in class as if she were there, and mail them to her!
depending on the money situation- you could have a note book, and you write in it for one week, then mail it to her, then her write in it the next week, then her mail it to you.
or, you could each have one, and mail them to eachother on, i duno lets say wednesday! lol, and then you could each be writing back and forth!! it could be pretty cool!!

The country that I live in is debating the Death Penalty. I Do not understand the understanding that the death penalty is ok. You are killing someone still aren't you? I realize that the people scentenced are usually murderers and other things along that line. I just want to know both sides of the story. I looked it up on Google and it is not what i am looking for. I want opinions on BOTH side.
well, we did a debate on it last year.
they say that if you kill Joe BoB* then he wont go out and commit other murders, besides the one he already did to Mary Sue*.
And there are cases where people like Bob BoB* have excaped from prision and Killed more people.
but i still think that killing some one, anyone is in-humaine.
I think that they should have to live the rest of their life in a high-security prision, and then they will have to think about what they did and know that what they did was wrong.
also, a lot of people who have been killed and even put on death roe- were actually inniocent, and have spent like 30years in prision.
if you make a mistake, and get the wrong guy, you can take him out of prision, you cant bring him back from the dead.

I was babysitting at a place over an hour away (I was spending the night there too), and I was charging my cell before I left, and I guess I forgot it was on and charging, so I had left it at home when I left (accidentaly) and it was charging until about noon the next day... maybe later, so if I estimated it would have been from 4p.m to maybe 12:30p.m, not quite 24 hours, but about 3 and a half hours less.
2 questions...
Is it bad to leave you cell on when you're charging (my cell will still charge)
And is it bad to keep it charging for so long (even if it was on accident) Thanks!
well, i usually leave mine on when charging, and charge it over night
the only thing is, if it starts to be going really slow, turn it off then on again, but its not bad, all it means is that it hasnt been turned off in a while, and it needs to be turned off then on again!

i've been using this 3step acne thing called proactiv. i'm sure most of you know what it is, theres alot of infomercials on tv about it. anyway, i've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it dries up my face alot and it makes my face sting or feel numb and makes it extremely red. does anybody know how i can get rid of this? because i dunlike my newfound redness on the face. please help! thanks in advance
try to use a lotion! my face gets dried too, but i dont use that! I use clean and clear lotion for faces with spf 15 i think it is!!

well ok.. my crotch area has been really itchy during these past few days and i'm too embaressed to ask anybody why so please don't make fun of me. anyway, that area has been itchy for a while and now it stings. i wash down there so i don't know why this is happening. if anybody could please tell me why i'm going through this and if its normal and how i can cure it. thank you
possibly a yeast infection! maybe, if you have discharge, it could be getting in little cuts.
if you shave, and pee gets in there, it could hurt.
it has happened to me too!
try to be careful when you shave-even if only your bikini line!
and whipe super good, but not hard, just good!
