If I get a juicer and I juice my veggies, will that have equal benifit to eating them? I like them juiced, I just don't really like the way a lot of them taste when they are cooked and eaten, But I really like juice like ummm Naked Juice and getting Juice from the Juice Store where they mix cellery and fruit and like spinich. I don't see why not! I don't like them cooked either. Sounds like an excellent way to get vegetables in your diet to me. Go for it!
