I have gone from younggrandma to just yg. Now,
I am using my real name.
I don't think anyone who knows me will have trouble figuring out who that is!

I have been gone a while dealing with things in my own life. I am back now to help once again. Do not expect answers from me that just tell you what you want to hear. Life is to short for nonsense. :)

How would you go about getting a road test date (for a drivers license) in the state of Connecticut? I will have had my permit for four months on December 4th and I'm currently taking drivers ed. My last class is on the 20th of December and I would ideally like to take my road test and get my license as soon as possible after that and before the new year.

My problem is, I have no idea how to go about scheduling it. I'm eligible to take it any time after I complete drivers ed, but I'd like to schedule it now because the DMV tends to get backed up. Help? (link)
I don't know how it works in Connecticut. Here in Kansas the drivers education teacher gives the road test during the drivers ed class & going to the DMV for the driving test isn't necessary.

Check with your teacher. If he/she doesn't give the test, they should have all the information you need on who to call for test scheduling.
