Q: Id never heard of this happening, but I am Pretty positive I've torn all the muscels in my stomach from WAY over excersising.
I can't stand up straight because it hurts so bad, when i stand up its excruciating. I know it will take time to heal this but I was wondering if there was some things I could do in the meantime to expend my mobility..
Any stretches or anything really.

You are experiencing lactic acid fermentation buildup in your muscles because you overworked them. A lot of people take ice baths to ease the pain. Drink a lot of water. If you don't already, next time you need to do warm-ups in addition to cool-downs (stretches before and after exercising). Any stretching you normally do for warm-ups and/or cool-downs can work to help your current situation too. Like, beauty queens, the butterfly, etc.
