One thing I LOVE to do is to analyze dreams. Just tell me about a dream you had, and I'll help you understand what it means. :)
advice
I've never had a boyfriend. Currently, almost all of my friends have one so it's making me feel even more lonely. I don't want one just cause they do, but I feel weird. I feel like if I have one, it will be awkward and I'll break up with them. I don't know. I REALLY want to have one, but I feel like I'm not ready. Is this weird? Lol, or is it normal?
Totally 100% normal. Especially if you're a teen. Let me tell you something- boyfriends are like dogs. You have to devote alot of time to them if you want to keep them. And hey, its OKAY if you don't want to take care of a dog, (whoops I meant boyfriend.) every 5 minutes. I hate being tied down, I feel the exact same way you do. And when you're a teen, you shouldn't be tied down to one person. You have the rest of your life for that. Someday you might be married and spending the rest of your life with someone, so enjoy being single right now.
Even if all your friends have boyfriends, it doesn't mean that they're all happy with their *wonderful* boyfriends. Whenever I have a boyfriend, I usually feel happy for the first week, but after that, I get bored and miserable. When I'm single again, I'm happy as a clam. Besides, if you have a boyfriend right now, chances are you are eventually going to break up. Most teen relationships only last for, maximum length, I would say about a month or two. (If you're lucky...)
You might be ready to have a boyfriend. But maybe it's just that theres no guys you like, or maybe you're like me- I'm ready to have a boyfriend but I don't want a really serious relationship. I'd rather date a guy who was fun and more of a friend-type. So if you really feel that you have to have a boyfriend, try going out, (or pretending to) go out with a guy friend. Nothing is permanent. You can ALWAYS change your mind if you want to.
Or, just make up a boyfriend, maybe on myspace! Haha, it sounds ridiculous but I've done it in the past. That way, it makes your friends shut up about how you don't have a boyfriend, and you get to "have a boyfriend" without all the responsibility!
