(I'm 13/f) If a guy I like and I mean REALLY like has a girlfriend...do I back off or is it against the rules to flirt a little bit?

its fine to flirt and all but if you want a chance with him wait until he breaks up with her. you wouldnt want to get into a fight with the girl though because that would be kinda tough on your relation ship with him also. so take it easy and be patient.
