ok i just moved away from my old skool and before i left, i didnt say goodbye to some ppl because i didnt have time and well i didnt like this girl back then who like me back then and well now im falling for her bad and she does like me but shes i dont kno shes kind of mad at me and i just want 2 let her know i like her and i want to go out with her, how do i do this(srry so long)

Talk to her. Tell her how you feel. If you have her number call her. or even IM works. but im sure you'd wanna do it in person. so maybe see if you can meet her somewhere. Or have a friend tell her to meet the friend somewhere and then the friend tells you lol.
