how do you kno when u need the next bra size up?
[wheneva a bend down i "fall" out, does that mean i needa new size?]
Yes, I'd say that's a good indicater that you need a new size. A good-fitting bra should be comfortable, not too tight but not so loose that it doesn't hold anything up. Go to a bra-store such as victoria's secret, and they should be able to help you size yourself.
Really, though - if you ever feel like you don't want to wear a bra or that it's uncomfortable, you don't have to. Your breasts won't sag with time if you don't wear a bra, (actually, bras can contribute to breasts sagging more) but if it makes you more comfortable to wear one, go to a place where they'll teach you how to measure yourself.
