Hey there(: So first off at the end of 7th grade I really started liking this boy who I knew liked me from the first of my 7th grade year he was in 6th. Well I knew he liked me that was no worries, so my friend got us together I was sooo happy(: We texted every other day and he was alwayss soooo sweet and I really thought he was cute. Well after a while we started slowing down with texting because his phone was broke. So we never got to talk plus he is a grade younger than me so I never see him. Now that we have been going out 3 months going on 4, we barely talk at alll! and I'm starting even tho I know its wrong to texts other guys in my grade that like me or etc. And I'm starting to like guys in my own grade that I actualy see everyday. Plus there is this one new boy who has the most beautifulest hair, eyes, eyelashes, smile like a pixie (laughs) and he plays basketball and soccer, and hes in all the honor classes. My friend thinks we'd look cute together and wants to get us together. My problem is Im petrified of breaking up with people. I hate it I feel so bad and wind up crying, I hate it because I know my bf realllly likes me. Also when we text he is really sweet. So I don't know what I should do. Plus Im scared that what if I broke up with my bf and the other beautiful boy says no. Although he kinda says yes to like everyone. So I'm so confused on what I should do please help me!! :p sorry if this was long. Thanks:P -Sarra (link)

The thing is that at your age, your brain is still developing a lot, which leads to often sudden changes in preferences and how you view the world and the people in it. So you don't really have anything to feel guilty for. You're just experiencing things that happen to everyone. And this breakup won't be your last, either. The fact is that relationships at your age have very short lifespans.
So being able to initiate a breakup is part of the maturation process. Just tell the guy that you feel you are growing apart from him because of how your feelings are evolving and that it's not anyone's fault. Yeah, it won't be fun. But if you don't do it you will only create more drama and life is way too short for drama.

Ok so I'm 12 and I really need help.
I get red and my down there hurts when I eat something that has sugar in it. So I'm going to the doc's about that. Also I don't have my red-gift as we(me my mom and older sister) call it. But that's not what this is about. Ok some time in this house you fell that if you don't have something that you don't belong or something. My Mom had her red-gift by 11. My sister 10.I was 10yr old and one day my sister was telling me about something that happen to her that day. A boy said that: she should put a nicer look on her already nice looking face. And that he would talk to her later. So she said he seem nice. And I said if that was her "dream boy" what would she do? She said shed see him all the time and he will say he love's her and she will say it back. And they will make out and... But then I said how would she do that if she did not know how? Then she said that she was not even as old as I was when Mom talk to her about sex. I was like: How come she did not talk to me? My sister said she will ask. And then she came back from asking and said that Mom said that she will tell who want to tell when she want's to tell it. I got mad but did not do anything. Then sometime later when I thought I just had to have a red-gift you know what dumb thing I did? I put my finger up there. I got blood. But I stop a few moths later. Thinking that I should stop faking my so called"red-gift". Now that I know more about sex(I look it up on the computer) I think it was virginity blood. Can you lose your virginity with your finger? I also found out why my Mom did not tell me about sex. She was talking on the phone. YES! I was snooping! It did not start out that why. I was walking past the room. Heard something and stopped. Too make it shorter I will just tell you the facts. My Mom only tolled my sister is because she wanted her to know that the ups and down's to sex. Even thou my sister was just 10 then(before she got her gift thou)My Mom thought that she might go out and do it. And by tell her that ups and that downs she'd hoped my sister would wait. Because boy's were always were hitting on my sister. Always. And My sister is boy crazy .I'm not. I fell that there are better things to do then go boy-crazy(not trying to be mean boy's.That's just how I fell.) I might say : that boy is cute. But if I see there butt I don't even think about what I have just seen.I sometime feel like if Mom had said something to me about sex I would have waited for my gift. I would have know. Now I know about that stuff it's to late. Then some time I fell that Mom was just doing what she thinks is best. And what I did has nothing to do with what she did. Right? Or not? Help! (link)

My parents told me anbd my siblings all about sex when we were ten, so obviously that wasn't all at the same time, either.
I think your mom's reasoning is a little nuts but I understand what her aim is. She just as a screwy way of going about it and so you felt left out. Parents aren't perfect, though, so cut your mom some slack.
As for the virginity question, if a boy hasn't put a penis inside you you are still a virgin. Relax. It is okay to masturbate if that is what you want to do. There is nothing dirty or bad about it as long as you do it in private. Everybody does it, even married people. Enjoy!
|
|
I am 13 year old male and want sex I masturbate everyday but it doesn't stop my craving. I promised myself not to lose my virginity until I am at least 18. (link)
|
Dude, learning how to manage one's sex drive is a part of life. So what you are feeling is normal. Don't sweat it or try to repress your need to masturbate (as long as it's in private).
As for having sex, that is a total other issue. You can still do sexual things with girls such as oral, mutual masturbation and dry humping without having penetrative sex. Of course, when you get into this realm where your sperm is going to be exiting your body you need to ensure it doesn't get close to her vagina.
So relax and just be as responsible as you can. Don't get hung up by BS religious crap. Those people are a bunch of power tripping cranks.

Hello,
20/m.
I'm thinking of a career in journalism, and so have thought about writing articles for some big blogs. These blogs have like 500,000 readers each month, and are well established.
The only problem is, whenever I think of something to write, it seems that someone has already written it. Because I have a few things going on at the moment, I also find it hard to write as much as these blogs require (usually 3 articles a week).
So would it be best if I just started my own blog? The only problem with that is, that I don't have as big of an audience? And the reason I'm doing this is to get experience and get my work published.
So yeah, my question: start my own blog, or write for other, well established blogs?
Thanks in advance! :) (link)

Finding your own audience is the best thing you can do plus constant writing will help polish your skills as long as you pay attention to good grammar and syntax. Just keep in mind that the internet is forever and what you write will be cached by Google and other search engines for anyone, including future employers, to later dig up if they want info on you.
So if you're going to do this you better be damned serious about it and treat it like a job. If you do something frivolous or half assed you will have no credibility with anyone.

I met this guy at my friend’s party. He was his ex boyfriend but also best friend. Me and him started talking a lot on the phone after we meet, we text everyday for 2 months straight and call each other every night. I think I like him I don’t know. At the beginning he told me he also liked me, but then I told him some stuff about my ex and he told me I GUESS THIS IS GOODBYE and since then we haven’t been the same. We still text everyday but it’s not a lot anymore, and we haven’t talk on the phone for more than 2 weeks. But I think it was because my best friend (also his ex girlfriend) started to talk to him again; they know everything about each other because they been friends for almost 6 years! She told me that he wanted something with her and she just wanted to play with him.I don’t know what to do anymore I cant tell him what my friend is going to do. And they are going to see each other this week. I want him to like me but I also cant date him because of my bestfriend. Everything is very complicated. Please help me.
I’m a 15 year old girl.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Go find someone else. Drama like this just overcomplicates life and life is too short to put up with it. Bow out of the whole situation and let the chips fall where they may.

My partner and I have been together for just over 3 years and in that time things havent been bad but havent been the greatest. I am 26 he is 22, from the beginning I saw signs that something was up. When we first started dating if I didnt want to do something with him one night he would drive by my house several times asking if I want to see him - or just appear at my door. if I said no - he would get upset and not talk to me for hours.
We moved in together 2 years ago - and things have been getting worse...and I am starting to realize it now (everyone can see it). I am told when to get out of bed, when I can go to bed, when I can do everything, calling me stupid blaming EVERYTHING on me - He has a very short fuse - to the point i am scared to say anything to him. Just the other night we got into an argument (he wanted me to call someone and I didnt want to) he got VERY angry - got in my face clintched his fist and swung - stopping it less than an inch from my face. and stormed away. I have never been so scared - he has never done this kind of a thing before. and about 50 mins later he apologized and wnats to move on. But i dont know if I can. It scared me. Is this abuse? Should I leave?? (link)

Your boyfriend is an abuser. Break up with him.

Ok, so I am an eleven year old girl, and Im friends with a boy that i like, and i think he likes me too. My friend told me he asked me to a dance, but i dont really think so. He is always flirting with me it seems, and i want to be able to talk to him when im not at school. I dont have a cell phone, but i have an email and i want to give it to him. Two questions: a. Should i give it to him, or would it be to weird to make the first move? And b. If you think i should, how should i give it to him? Ive never met a boy that likes me back, so im nit really sure how to act. Any advice helps! Thank you! :) (link)

Ask your mom's permission to give your email address out. I recommend that you get a Yahoo address rather than use your normal one because if you guys have a bad split email can become an instrument of abuse. So use a free one since you can shut it down at anytime if you guys end up on the outs with each other down the line. But yes, give it to him if your mom clears it.

Why is my lip swollen and red and itchy after my boyfriend kisses me ? (link)
| |
Either there is a facial hair issue (as someone earlier pointed out) or he is wearing something that you are allergic to. Does he wear cologne, soap, shampoo or body wash with chemicals you may be allergic to?

how to ignore your boyfriend (link)
| |
This question is way too broad. If my girlfriend was ignoring me I would go get myself another girlfriend. Stop it with the passive-aggressive horse puckey, okay? Be a reasonable adult and if you have an issue bring it up like a civilized person does and not resort to tactics resembling those employed by eight year olds.

Ok ok im just so confused.
My boyfriend and i are so in love. But when we get into an argument it seems he always say the most hatefull things to me. After he say its just to upset me but i want ti know if he just say that so i wont go further on about the things he spoke.
Things he say: your probly better off with some one else
I dont need you
You could go to hell
I cant stand you
Why do i put up with your shit etc.
I just dont under stand why the little things i do tick him of. Like telling him not to fart by me or prank me in hurtfull ways. Like play like hes breakin up with me
Someone please clear this up for me ... Please (link)

If you corner the guy with the emotional blackmail too many chicks do then some guys are going to lash out and say things they don't mean. It's his way of trying to reassert control over the situation by belittling you into surrender.
Personally, when you add the other stuff into it, though, the guy sounds like an abuser to me. You keep sticking around even though he obviously can't discuss things in a rational way (women are pretty irrational, too) so what incentive does he have to change? He doesn't. So either leave or deal with it.

|
So, my boyfriend and I have been going through some rough patches I guess. But lately he has been quite rude to me...he'll decline my calls, yell at me while we're on the phone for the silliest things, he'll get into these moods where he won't talk to me. But when we're together he really is amazing to me... Lately though I feel like he's ready to be done with this relationship....yet he gave me a beautiful promise ring on my birthday, saying he'd marry me, I don't know what to do, but he's really been hurting me... (link)
|
Not knowing you it's hard to say.
But let me see if I can give you some general idea of perhaps what might be going on:
Guys generally hate talking on the phone. We tend to prefer face to face interaction. I also hate getting phone calls when I am in the middle of something I was working o n or I might just want some me time and not deal with anyone.
I'm not sure what the rudeness is about, though. Generally, I would say that could indicate one of two things: one, he is using a passive-aggressive way to try to get you to end the relationship so that he won't feel guilty pulling the trigger on it himself or he is emotionally abusive.
Which brings us to the other stuff: abusers often experience a certain amount of remorse for what they do and may go overboard making up, but yet, they continue being abusive later on.
Personally, no matter what he said to you that was nice recently, I think it would be emotionally healthier for you to bail on the relationship and find someone who is on more of an even keel.
I know women love difficult guys and that is why abusers often get lots of chicks. So it's up to you as to how you read this and react to it. I think you would be doing yourself a big favor if you ended it.

Good natural treatment for Impotence? (link)

Impotence is often an indicator of something more ominous like cardiovascular disease or diabetes. So this is really a question you need to be hashing over with your doctor.

So a year ago almost to the day my boyfriend of one year who was also my best friend of four years and I broke up. We had all the same friends and at first we just avoided each other. Well he dumped me and I got over it and got a new boyfriend (who I am no longer with) But every time I go to parties and he's there he tells our friends to make me leave, so I have to leave, and if I call ahead and he finds out I am coming he makes one of his friends call and say I can't come. So basically every time my friends have a get together the ones that are more his friends than mine make it so I can't come, and the ones that are more mine than his just ditch me. So I sit at home feeling upset I couldn't go. Why is he doing this? He has no feelings for me whatsoever and I feel like it's been over a year so why would he still be angry? I've never told any of his secrets or spoke badly of him. I've tried talking to him, and getting our friends to see why this is happening. But I am really sick of feeling this way and not being able to be around all my friends. Someone please help.... (link)

Unless you really knifed the dude in the back your boyfriend has anger issues and is showing a really petty, vindictive side to his personality that should make you glad you guys split up. Imagine being married to someone with that mindset? Yikes!
Your "friends" are a bunch of freaking cowards. What, does the guy have naked pictures of them in compromising positions so that they are more or less being coerced into ostracizing you?
One thing to note: When y'all graduate high school, everyone scatters to the four winds. This is why whatever happens in high school doesn't mean jack in the big scheme of things. So my advice to you is to start shining on your "friends" and find another social group to hang out with. You deserve better. Relax and don't get snared in the bullshit drama.

How can I get a Victoria's Secret model body? I am 16 and want to be in better shape. I weigh 164 and I am 5'6. I don't really like to run but I love to dance and will try new things. I want to lose 40 pounds before the summer. Is that possible? (link)
|
First, don't obsess over the number that you see on the scale. Because everyone is genetically a little different, those numbers mean different things for different individuals. I went out with a swimmer in my teens who was your height, or maybe a bit shorter, and 140 pounds and she had a smokin' body because she had a lot of underlying muscle from the miles of laps she put in during her workouts.
Also, women are genetically predisposed to have soft bodies. A soft body feels a lot better when you hug a girl than one who is skin and bones (like too many models).
As per the earlier recommendation, join a swim club like my old girlfriend did. You will burn up calories like mad, it is low impact and it promotes good aerobic health and general body strength. You will NOT get massively muscular unless you also start doing lots of weight training with it and also take anabolic steroids. Women just do not muscle up like guys do. Instead, what you will get is a tapered body.

So i keep getting this clear discharge in my underwear and I've read that it's supposed to signal your period but I dont get mine. Is this something I should be concerned about? (link)
| |
Unless the discharge smells bad or there is some burning or pain that accompanies it you're likely fine. Your mom would be the best person to ask this question to, though.

so i'm a sophomore in high school. and i like a junior. i'ved liked this guy for 4 years. and he's known ever since i was in 7th grade and he was in 8th grade. him and all his friends stare at me all the time. but the only thing is, he's the hottest guy in the school and mad popular. i think i'm in love with him. is it possible to love someone you've never talked to before? i just don't know. do you think he might secretly like me? because when its just me and him in the hall i feel the tension and he constantly stares at me. and in school whenever i go to the bathroom he's always in the hall also. is it fate that brings us together? help please. (link)
|
First, he is interested in you. He thinks you're attractive. So you can end the drama right now and go up to him and ask him out. By doing this you will learn what guys suffer through when they ask you out. This will be a good experience for you, even if you get rebuffed.
Now is it possible to fall in love with someone you've never met? People do it all the time. Look at all the girls who are in love with Justin Bieber, for example, almost none of which have gotten within a hundred miles of him.
What happens is that you get sucked in by the looks or perhaps even the persona the individual exudes and since you don't know them you can project all kinds of feelings and assumptions on them. This is one thing, for example, that drives internet dating.
Anyway, life is short. So go ask him out. If he says no it will make it easier for your heart to move on at least.

Okay... So recently my boyfriend told me he is bisexual. He isn't emotionally attracted to men... It's just physical. I'm still in shock but I support this. He loves me. Nothing will change that. And I love him. What can I do to help ease my mind about this? I don't want him to feel like he can't talk to me about this and I don't want to be the girlfriend that gets upset about it. There isn't anything I can do to change the way he has been most of his life. I just... I donno. Here is what I need advice about. One: Putting my mind at ease. Two: If this has happened to anyone... How long before you became comfortable with it? and Three: Do you think this is just a phase? Will it pass?
Thank you for reading this and thank you in advance for your help! (link)

Ask him how much he leans toward women. For example, is he an 80-20 guy when it comes to needing women over men or is he more toward the 50-50 mark? The closer he is to that latter, the more you need to think about ending the relationship.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of ostensibly straight/secretly bisexual guys who develop a fetish for certain homosexual acts and they usually have to express it every now and again. It is a very strong compulsion and is tough to tamp down.
Also, you don't have to tolerate in your own life anything you aren't really down with in your heart. You can only be you and you are the only one who can lead your life. Therefore, it is incumbent upon you to make sure that you can accept something (as opposed to tolerating it merely to be nice or thought of as open minded) wholeheartedly. If you can't, then you really need to contemplate ending it.

Well first off its sad how so many cute guys are playes, they cuss every word that comes outta their mouths, all they want is one thing, go out for girls for a day and then break up. I hate that it makes me sick! Well I was just wondering is it possible for people to change like when they get a little older like from a 15 year old boy to maybe 16 or 17 Or do you think they wouldn't? Thanks! (link)
|
People do things because they can. These guys will continue that behavior until they begin paying some social penalty for it (pretty unlikely since women flock to guys who are in demand due to their own sense of competitiveness with other women).
Given that, you need to find yourself some better men. Sometimes not getting what you think you want is the best thing that could ever happen to you.

Okay, so me and my boyfriend are having problems my friend Dezeray told him that I wanted him to move to Florida(Like his mom had planed) but he didn't so he could stay with me. But now he don't believe me when I said I don't want him to move. He also tells me he don't believe me when I say I love him. I need advice on what to say to him we're both hurting very bad and neither one of us want to end the relationship...help? Thanks!( : (link)
| |
This is tough. The guys won't accept what you say and yet he doesn't want to end the relationship? Are you sending him a lot of mixed signals perhaps? Are you physically and emotionally present and supportive of him? Do you guys have lots of alone time together or do you insist on having your friends (I hate to say it, but most boyfriends consider their girlfriend's friends to be pains in the ass and inconvenient baggage) around a lot when he would prefer it just be the two of you? If your answer is no to the first two questions that will be the likely source of the problem. He wants to be number one in your life, not an adjunct to what you have with your friends.
