mercury poisoning from a fluorescent light bulb
I hit my head on a fluorescent light bulb and it shattered everywhere. My head really hurts because I hit it really hard. There wasn't any mercury on the floor or anything but no I'm really scared that I might die of mercury poisoning! help!

I've never heard of anyone falling ill from being exposed to the chemicals in a fluorescent light bulb. Relax.

2 to 1 your not gonna die but I do suggest going to your doctor and get it checked out just in case.

no. you will not die of mercury poisoning. to do so would require drinking an entire thermometer's worth of it. and not that little thing you use when you have a fever, no, I mean the giant one that you see in a science lab.
