I met this guy on myspace. He's really nice and hes my age. He was sweet, and he asked for my number. I said maybe tomorrow. He lives far away, like theres a few states in between us. I'm sure most of you ladies who straighten your hair have heard of the product called "Maxiglide". It's a hair straightening iron that is shown on infomercials. I was wondering if anyone owns it and could tell me if it's actually worth paying the $100+ for it. I have EXTREMELY thick/curly hair. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I don't want to make such a great investment on something I'm not sure is even going to work.
I have Maxiglide. I got it for Christmas last year. Yes, it DOES work.
Theres 1 problem though :
It says on the infomercials, that you can EVEN straighten your hair with it while your hair is even wet, NO. NO you cannot. I've tried it. First of all, it burns your hair strands, and ruins your straightner. But if your hair is dry, i guarantee it will help curly & thick hair.

I move here about 11 months ago,and i made friends. Everything was good until the ending of the year. My friends became friends with this girl,and she seemed to make them not pay attension to me,not that she didnt like me,she just would push me away. And i got all sad about that.Well i gave up being there friends,i dont know why.I've been longing to move back to my city and my mom said she would.I keep avioding my so called "frineds" here any only playing with the ones from my old city. Well, it kind of sucks how that girl just took your friends away like that. Theres nothing wrong with your friends having new friends. You should have told your friends that you would like them to make time for you, and stop ignoring you. Its a great thing that you have friends that care about you back at your old house, my advice would be, talk to your new friends..tell them whatsup, and stick with the friends at the old home that have already embraced you. Fix it by talking to your new friends.

I have a friend who says I am her "best friend". Well, lately she hasn't been inviting me places. Like, she is always with other people. I have caught on that everytime she invites me out her other friends are busy. Do you think I am her second choice or maybe I am just overreacting? I have talked to her about it but she makes excuses.
Well, thats not very nice what shes doing.
If she says you guys are "best friends" you would be hanging out non stop. It doesn't really seem like shes the true friend, you should tell her how you feel, and see what she says. In the mean time, find a great friend that can make time for you and make you seem like you know their your "best friend". To make this simple, shes using you.

I've been cutting for a while, and i have tried to kill myself before.And its all over a boy whos name is aaron and i think i'n in love with him. And the only time he notices me is when he wants something like sexual and then he goes to another girl when hes done with me and when hes done with the he comes back. And i wanted to know if you knew anything that might help me stop.Because everything i try doesnt work.

I used to cut for about 3 months, for many different reasons. I eventaully stopped once my parents & friends got me some help from a professional pychiatrist. Cutting is a very serious issue, i know its hard to tell someone you do this, because its a shocker, but sweetie.. you need to tell someone whats going on EXACTLY. You need to tell them about this boy, what he does, and get some help for yourself. Because if you dont tell anyone, it will turn into many things worse.
After you get help, find a different boy. Take this dumbass out of the picture, and find yourself a good boy who respects you and loves you. Don't waste your time with this kid, always giving him chances. Because your just letting him win. Its not worth it.

Anorexia is a disorder, not only of the body. But also the mind, its a mental thing. You starve yourself for various reasons.
Buliemia is a disorder of making yourself puke.
Their BOTH VERY SERIOUS, and if you know anyone that has these disorders, or its YOU you need serious help & attention.
Your question caught my eye at the end, "then whats the harm right."
First off, you can name a million harms about these affects, even for buliemia:
Depression, No nutrition intake, Drowsy, Nausiation, High fevers, throat problems, heart problems, and many other things.

First off, whats wrong with having braces? Your outcome is amazing. Don't worry about those, its normal, A LOT of people have braces.
Secondly, it's not like your the only one that sucks their thumb at your age. Sure, its a pretty bad habbit, but try to keep your thumb away from your mouth, sooner or later, you wont be as tempted to put it in your mouth.

Theres TONS of animals to get now a days. I have a turtle =] Their super cute, and dont.. BARK, MEOW, SMELL, SCRATCH, RUN. Their also not boring either, because you can talk to them, hold them, and play with them. But pets need responsibilty, like.. you would have to wash its cage once in a while, clean its shell, and feed it of course. But, turtles are a great idea, mine is super friendly & sweet. Their not even expensive either. Good luck hunting for yours! =]

ok i think im fat because i hav a BIG gut like the bottom of my stomach sticks out....i HATE it and the other night i was crying because i thought i was fat and ugly i want to look skinny it doesnt matter if my stomach sticks out just a little bit but i wwant my gut gone. O ya i hav diabetes so its a little harder for me to lose weight. PLease help i rate!
Aww, dont get so low on yourself. That makes it even worse.
First off, you need to start cutting back on soda pop, or even quit drinking that stuff [if you do drink it.] Then you need to start exercising more. Run & Jog as often as you can. Sit-ups help lose the fat off your stomach, i promise. Keep up with your exercises & plan a small diet you could do, like fruits & veggies once in a while. And im also sorry to hear you have diabetes, take care hun.

Its called stage fright. I honestly don't know how people overcome it, but eventually when they get used to the fact that their singing in front of people a lot, their used to it, and the fright goes away. Try singing for your friends and show them how good you are, build some confidence, then step by step, you'll eventually get more people.

Well, thats kind of weird how she just blocked you. Girls to girls are supposed to say those kinds of things, theres nothing wrong with it. If your friend was a TRUE friend, she would have accepted it, and embraced it. I have no clue what you could do in this situation, because if she blocked you from AIM you obviously can't talk to her, and shes not picking up your phone calls.. hmm.. try talking to one of your other friends, tell them what happend, and let them talk to your friend for you. does the 6 second ab machine thing work? i have a chubby stomach and i was wondering if i use it, it would get me to an almost flat stomach? do you think this could happen, if so how long will it take ?
It DEFINITELY works. It says your supposed to lose 10 pounds in 7 weeks, BUT..Thats with a diet as well. Snack up on Veggies & Fruits. And most importantly, WATER. Use it 1-2 times a day, and continue it, its great = )
